Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr sehr freundlich! Sie unterstützen direkt bei allen Belangen und auch darüber hinaus. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle Service zur BTS Station. Sehr netter Fahrer. Der Geruch im Poolbereich ist sehr angenehm, durch Sauna und Dampfbad ist es ein Spa Erlebnis. Wir können dieses Hotel aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen!

Good mattress and pillows, good wifi, amazing staff who were kind and helped with anything you needed. Things that could improve were the breakfast, and add more hooks in the room to hang things. Overall I would stay there again, close to Chatuchak and they give you a lift there.

It was a poorly designed hotel property common areas were weird and confusing. Much better value available this is a three star tops property and really should be competing more on price.

Well it is your opinion . Some people like loft design property . By the way the poorly designed weird and confusion hotel won an architectural award and featured in a few magazines and Tv shows . That goes to say how expertise you are at judging a design . Realistically you are just looking for a cheap stay judging from your comment on price .

Excellent courtesy and always making sure we have everything needed. They could refurbish the tiles around the pool and the waterfall pool wall, white sealer coming out, but just a minor thing. A lot for the money and great family atmosphere among the staff. Nice variety of breakfast choices and much tasteful. Their pizza is also good as the rest of the dinner menu. Nice with free shuttle service to the local area as Ladprao central, Union Mall, Weekend market, night market and more. About 30 minutes taxi ride to the airport

The staff were super nice; absolutely amazing people! They were able to answer any questions I had. The amenities in the facility were very nice and high quality. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Pok (the owner) is very nice and all staffs are excellent. The hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable place to stay, the pool is pretty clean and has nice gym. I will definitely book again at V20 boutique hotel for next trip.

Likes: - nice aquarium with a variety of fish and coral - touch screen light switches - softest pillows we've ever slept on - availability of shuttle to JJ Markets and BTS. Charlie was always friendly and accommodating. Dislikes: - the lady at check-in spoke little English - location is in an alley in a residential area, making it a little difficult to go to the shops - "deluxe" room was smaller than expected

Overall, V20 was a beautiful hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. My only negative review of the hotel was its location. It was roughly 300-400 bhat to get a Grab to the fun parts of Bangkok and it felt as though we were 30-45min away from everything. The hotel itself was lovely, but the location will most likely prevent us from staying there again.

Thanks for staying with us . There are numerous sightseeing locations around this neighbourhood apart from what is written in the guidebook . There are fun places around this location within 15 mins such as Chatuchak market , night market etc .

Ocean Suite Aquarium
Have booked the Ocean Suite with aquarium view and they closed it at 10pm. Didn't really get to enjoy the view as we cannot be in the room the whole day. Hotel manager claims that the lights will be on from 3pm to 10 only.

Yes as we do run reef aquarium and therefore strict lighting schedule must be followed in order for corals to thrive . In essence we turned the lights on with increasing intensity to mimic the natural sunlight from 3 pm til 11 pm and after lights out we can still enjoy a different aspect of sea life at night which is also fascinating . Nice to welcome you yo our hotel .

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel everywhere was clean the pool area was good, the room was small but very comfortable and had everything you needed, Oddie was really nice he picked us up one night when we were walking back to the hotel and organised our transfer to the airport, if you are looking for a simple easy stop over in Bangkok a bit away from the hussle and bussel it’s ideal

I appreciate the hotel staffs are very nice to customers. They actively communicate with customers. Every morning, they provide good taste of breakfast. Moreover, they can rapidly arrange technicians to unlock toilet door when I called front desk get help in the mid-night. This proves the hotel excellent services have worth 5 stars rating. Thanks.

The staff at this hotel were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt welcome from the minute I arrived. The reception team helped me book private tours, taxis and arranged to take me to the Sky Train station when I was going into the city. Great service, thank you all!

One of the right decisions I made in life ! One of the right decisions I made in life, was to book V20 Boutique Hotel. As a person who onced worked at a Hotel back home, I value hospitality with passion. - My first time in BKK, but not first time in Thailand - Took a grab from DMK (on a Saturday)(238 baht) - Room I booked was with a Jet Tub - Was given a welcome drink upon checking in - The Receptionist personally led us the way to our rooms - Room was very spacious & nicely cleaned - Pillowcases & bedsheet cleanly washed, fresh smell - They even offered complimentary shuttle to nearest BTS/ MRT / Chatuchak (Enquire from them !) - Comes with breakfast as well (7am - 10am) Overall, I'm blown away by how this boutique hotel operates & how friendly all the staffs I've encountered were. Due to my first time in BKK, I decided to book here for a night. But definitely I'll be back next time when I'm back in BKK.

The staffs were very friendly and professional. 20 minutes from DMK and 30 minutes from BKK. The hotel was very nice and private although it was pricy. Our family stayed family suites have two king beds, two baths, kitchen, and private elevator.

This property supplied directions in both English and Thai to show my taxi driver. That was an excellent help. Check in was easy and the people were friendly and helpful. They enjoyed practicing their English on me. They have a nice shuttle van, almost like a limousine, which took me to the shopping center where nice underground metro station is located. I bought an inexpensive metro card there (mine was for "elder" but they have others. The card allowed me to travel by metro many times. I checked out of the hotel to go by train (be sure to pay the little extra to get a first class ticket) to Ayutthaya, but since I was coming back the following day, the V20 hotel allowed me to store my excess baggage with them while I did my journey north. Overall, I highly recommend the V20 Boutique Hotel.

Good service.
Amazing experience. The room was beyond my expectation. Staff were extremely friendly and understood slot of English. Shuttle bus to and from hotel is a major plus. I will definitely book with V20 again.
