Great choice for visiting Bangor
I would recommend this property for any large group. Great location. Close to the highway and shopping and only a few minutes from downtown. Large rooms. Spacious kitchen. Lots of room for large family meals. The basement suite was excellent for our family members who brought their dog. The bonus room was large but access is through one of the bedrooms (hence why it’s a bonus room) so that’s one consideration if you want to use it as a fifth bedroom. (There’s no bed in it so we brought an air mattress). The third upstairs bedroom has bunk beds that are too small for adults. The washing machine didn’t seem to spin fast enough so clothes came out very wet. Our only bad experience was that the smoke detectors went off twice about 20 minutes apart early on our last morning. (No one was cooking but people were showering.). It was quite disruptive. Some of our group were still sleeping and our dog didn’t settle down again. We attributed it to humidity from the shower which can trigger false alarms.
