“Está en medio de la nada. Tienen una carta para pedir comida porque no hay NADA cerca, pedí fish and chips y no había, pedí carne con arroz y no había... Al final pedí una pizza y el chico dijo que la dehars pagada y me la subiría al apartamento. Al cabo de una hora y media, me viene con media pizza fría y llena de salsa picante. Una broma de MUY mal gusto.”

“Apartment is spacious. All staff are helpful. The whole complex is a house with multiple apartments. Next to white sandy tranquil beach. The area is safe. Aircon very quiet. Kitchen is functional. I slept very well. Good value for money. Feeling the kindness of Gambians was important for me . Good experience overall”

“The rooms are clean, but the swimming pool may be the dirtyest in the Gambia. Beds are comfortable Location is very good, directly at the beautiful Kotu Beach. We didn't try the hotel restaurant or beach bar this year, due to bleak experiences last year. Service at the hotel is ok, but many of the employees seem to not like their jobs very much. Nobody are hostile, but they are not very eager either. We may choose the same hotel again, but probably not. ”

“Staff were friendly and very helpful, all along. Someone checked in on my name. The person used the facilities, left unclean before us. They had to take his stuffs out of the flat for us to be in there that night. I still cannot believe that was possible without verification. We had issues with the front door for few days until it was finally fixed properly. There are builders building and refurbishment going on which is good for the hotel but early morning noise from builders wasn’t nice...

“We stayed in a two bedroom villa off the pool. It was so lovely, staff is so helpful and nice. The pool is awesome, especially the pool man.”

“Der Garten wurd gepflegt,aber die Liege am Pool bedürfen eine Reinigung. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. War jetzt zum zweiten Mal dort,der ganze Unterkumft ist etwas runtergekommen. Es wird nicht investiert oder erneuert. Für ein kurzer Aufenthalt ist es okay,aber bei längeren Aufenthalt fallen schon ein paar Sachen ins Auge. Bei der Buchung stand Nachmittags Tee,der wurde mir such nie angeboten. Habe auch nicht nachgefragt,'da ich meinstens am Strand war. Zimmer werden...

“Breakfast included was a plus and a good variety and tasty. Room had a smell for the first few days but housekeeping came everyday and soon the smell was gone. Back up generator was useful kicked in everything. Internet was spotty at times but we managed to watch several episodes of shows. The garden was marvelous and the ocean was everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating all and all great value for the money.”

Be very careful and check the situation thoroughly before making a reservation or paying any money! This property is a SCAM !”
