Splendida vacanza in montagna vicino a tutto!

Siamo situati nel villaggio di Sugar Mountain, a ovest di Boone e Blowing Rock ea pochi chilometri dall'incantevole città di Banner Elk. Il nostro condominio è a pochi passi da campi da tennis, un campo da golf panoramico e percorsi per mountain bike / escursionismo che si trasformano in piste da sci, una pista di pattinaggio e piste per tubing in inverno. Le attrazioni vicine includono il Grandfather Mountain, le cascate di Linville, il Land of Oz, il Price Lake / Moses Cone e altri luoghi famosi lungo la Blue Ridge Parkway. Le famiglie possono godere di Tweetsie Railroad, zip-lining, sentieri escursionistici abbondanti, gem-mining e sport fluviali. Le città vicine includono più cantine, fabbriche di birra, sentieri di greenway, fattorie, ristoranti unici e negozi da esplorare. La nostra unità terminale tranquilla si trova su un bellissimo terreno boschivo con vista sul campo da golf e un ruscello di montagna; è un bel posto per un ritiro. Guidare cinque minuti fuori dal villaggio per trovare ristoranti, negozi e negozi di alimentari, o rimanere, rilassarsi e godersi i suoni della natura dal ponte coperto. L'appartamento è arredato con gusto con un ambiente caldo e invitante. Internet ad alta velocità e TV via cavo ti terranno connesso, mentre la cucina completamente attrezzata è invitante per i cuochi. L'unità è su un piano con due camere da letto spaziose e un soggiorno con divano letto. Entrambe le camere contengono letti TV e queen-size, e l'unità dispone di riscaldamento centralizzato e A / C. Perfect location!

A quick weekend getaway for our son’s 16th Birthday. Easy walk to the slopes. The condo is equipped with everything you need. I loved that everything was labeled, easy for 16 year old boys to figure out stuff on their own, lol. Communication was awesome with very quick responses. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect vacation

Loved staying here. We stayed over Thanksgiving week with our two kids 8 and 5. It was absolutely amazing. Clean, cozy and felt like home. We all cant wait to come back and stay here again when we visit.

The best stay at Sugar Mountain!

From the moment we drove into the little Sugar Mountain Village we knew we had found something special! This condo was so cozy, had every amenity we needed, and was so convenient to the areas and attractions. The owner was responsive and provided tips and info, making the trip even easier. There are nearby grocery stores, towns and we ended up getting to ski (first time for our family) which was such an incredible spontaneous adventure. Having this rental so close and not having to wait for transportation or drive far away was so nice. The bed was comfy and I loved the heater in the bathroom! We will absolutely be adding this rental to our list and return next time we stay at Sugar Mountain!!! Thanks for a wonderful time.

Fun Ski Mountain Getaway

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed staying at this property. It was warm and cozy and had everything we needed! It was great to walk back after each day of skiing at Sugar Mountain. We used the kitchen to make a quick hot breakfast each morning, and one night we made dinner also. The beds were comfortable, and the foyer was helpful to put our boots on. Everything was labeled to show us where everything was. Kristi was awesome to work with, and everyone had a blast!

Everything was exactly how it appeared on the site. Great location, close to slopes, skating and tubing. Perfect for our family - dad, mom and twins. Would go back to this unit.

Hidden Secret

This was our second year in a row staying at this condo for a girls weekend. It’s close to our favorite mountain towns like Blowing Rock. Very quiet area as well. The owner is very responsive. Thanks again for letting us stay at your beautiful condo again.

Amazing experience

We loved the proximity to the ice skating, tubing and starting ski slopes. The owners also rented a locker this year for guests to use and this was amazing!! It allowed us to leave our ski gear and not have to drag it back and forth from the cabin. The cabin was very well organized with labeled cabinets, light switches, etc. We can’t wait to visit again!!

We had a great time and a wonderful experience while staying here. Kristi was very quick to provide information from ski planning to the property. Great place to stay, better than advertised! Great location, very convenient for our family of 4 to ski. Would highly recommend.

Great location to Sugar Mountain. The unit was very clean and very well stocked. Owners were super quick to respond if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again. I read all the other reviews before booking and I can ditto all the five stars!

Home Away From Home Mountain Retreat

This charming and well-decorated condo is located just steps from the Sugar Mountain Resort snow ski, tubing, and ice skating rink venues. The home away from home unit is set up with easy convenience in mind for renters, as labels lead you to exactly what you are seeking, as well as the unexpected find of generous everyday items you may have forgotten to pack, and are thoughtfully provided for guests. The relaxing deck with mountain views, song birds, and a stream below is the perfect way to begin, or end each wonderful day! The attentive owners are quick to respond to any questions you may have, and also offer excellent advice regarding area attractions. The photos and description of the rental space are on-point, it is very clean, and is exactly what you will find when you walk through the front door. One thing that did surprise me was the quiet calm of the neighborhood, where nature is clearly the star of this mountainside retreat! POINTS OF INTEREST: * If you are here to ski, you can walk home for lunch in mere minutes. I’m not athletic, and it was an easy walk for me. *If you’re craving carbs try Bella’s Italian Restaurant (3585 Tynecastle Highway). It’s casual dining that won’t break the bank while serving up amazing calzones, and perfect pizzas. * If you need a break from winter activities, the Blue Ridge Parkway is nearby, and the word beautiful does not do the national parkway justice! *Blowing Rock Park is seven dollars per person, and is worth the visit with easy parking, lovely views, a short trail down the mountain, friendly resident felines, and a quaint coffee shop. *The town of Beech Mountain is only minutes away and features a cozy picturesque town on top of a mountain, complete with a ski resort. *The Mast General Store in Valle Crucis is definitely worth the short drive from the condo, if you are looking for cool keepsakes. The hoodies run small, so you may want to buy one size larger. *If waterfalls are on your destination wish list, look no further than Linville Falls just a few miles away. It’s a moderately easy walk (the trail is a bit rocky in some parts, and the last part of the hike after the gorge overlook, is uphill) to see the gorge and waterfall, and well worth the trip. *The Pedalin’ Pig BBQ restaurant has excellent food, great service, and fair prices. There may be a small wait, but it’s worth it!

Mountain Getaway

Wonderful Sugar Mountain rental. We visited in December with our two young boys and enjoyed the close proximity to skiing and ice skating. The home was well decorated, extremely clean, organized and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners in and we loved the cozy fireplace. We hope to visit again!

The little things

This rental was super cute and came with a great location. We came for an APP State football game, the drive was about 25 min but super easy and beautiful. The condo is well laid out with plenty of seating in the living room. Everything is well labeled and stocked!

Secret Little Gem!

This condo was exactly what the pictures looked like online. It also was extremely clean which was huge for this OCD chick. The fireplace was wonderful for the cold nights and the location was perfect for us since we planned on spending most of our time in Blowing Rock for a girls weekend. The owners were great to deal with as well. Would stay here again for sure!

We had a great experience staying at this property for a month. First it was very clean and well appointed. The unit is in a great location that gives easy access to Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock activities. The owner was also very responsive to our questions about the property before our stay. Great spot for a couple on small family.
