Welcome to "Blue Sky" mountain home – Your Ideal Beech Mountain Getaway!

Nestled at 4800’ elevation in the beauty of Beech Mountain, just a 4-minute drive from the ski slopes, our newly renovated 3-bedroom, 3-full bathroom mountain house invites you to experience the perfect mountain escape. Boasting a range of modern amenities, mountain views, and convenient access to outdoor adventures, "Blue Sky" is the ultimate destination for families seeking a memorable vacation.

Bedrooms:

King-sized Comfort: Unwind in two spacious king bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. Sink into our brand-new mattresses for a restful night's sleep and wake up rejuvenated, ready for your mountain adventures.

Kid-Friendly Bunk Room: Our third bedroom is designed with youth in mind, featuring two sturdy bunk beds equipped with four cozy twin mattresses. Children will love the comfort and parents will appreciate the safety and quality of the wood frames. 3rd Full bathroom for the kids.

Entertainment Hub/Game room: The fourth room serves as an entertainment hub with a new leather sofa futon, a TV perfect for gaming (bring your favorite video game system!), and ample storage space for all your winter gear- skis, snowboards, boots, and ski jackets. If boys and girls want to be in separate rooms, we’ve had 2 people sleep in the game room and the others sleep in the bunk room and it worked out great. In winter though I'd recommend no more than 1 person in Futon room as skis/snowboards etc are stored in the corner in that room.

Living Spaces:

Cozy Fireplace: Gather in the comfortable living room around the fireplace, creating lasting memories by the warm glow of the fire.

Dining: Share hearty meals and laughter in the dining room, which comfortably accommodates up to eight guests around the table. We also have a new 4 top patio table on the back deck.

Relaxing Decks & Jacuzzi: Step outside to the side deck, where you'll find a brand new jacuzzi and the soothing sounds of Perry Park's waterfall next door, creating a rejuvenating atmosphere. The top floor has a wide deck for views, grilling and hanging out. The master bedroom also has a private deck for reading, morning coffee, etc.

Outdoors:

Adventure Awaits: Nature lovers will enjoy the hiking trail just 30 feet behind the house, leading to a stunning overlook half a mile up or a picturesque one-mile trek down along the creek to Lake Coffey.

Fire Pit Fun: Enjoy s'mores and storytelling by the fire pit in the front yard, a perfect way to cap off an adventurous day in the mountains.

Picturesque Perry Park: Right next to the property, Perry Park offers a close by escape with protected covering over two picnic tables, and the tranquil backdrop of cascading waterfalls.

Security: I have 2 outdoor cameras, 1 facing the driveway entrance and another facing the back parking area. These are for security when no one is renting and to access weather conditions. Upon arrival you can unplug the blink sync module in the futon room and be assured that no cameras are active during your stay.

Convenience:

Parking & Access: "Blue Sky" features an uphill driveway leading to a flat parking area behind the house, ensuring plenty of parking for your group. In the winter a 4WD vehicle is recommended on Beech Mountain.

Our Vision:

We spent the summer of 2023 renovating this home, creating a space to make lasting memories with our family and friends. Now, we're thrilled to share "Blue Sky" with you, our valued guests! We hope you find the same joy and relaxation in this mountain retreat as we do. Our goal is to provide a 5-star experience for you and your family.
