Una vera esperienza di montagna !! Con un'imponente vista panoramica, GrandView offre eleganza rustica e di lusso. GrandView è una baita di montagna recentemente rinnovata e decorata professionalmente. Situato nella suddivisione Banner Elk di Grey Fox, una gated community, GrandView è comodamente situato a 5 minuti da Sugar Mountain e Beech Mountain Ski Resorts, offrendo entrambe fantastiche attività tutto l'anno.

Questo cottage a pianta aperta offre la possibilità di sedersi sul divano o cenare al grande tavolo rustico (10 posti a sedere) e godere di una vista ambita, spalancata, a lungo raggio. Ogni stanza della casa vanta questa vista.

Quando entri in GrandView troverai una grande sala, cucina e sala da pranzo. La zona giorno ha un grande camino in pietra con tronchi di gas e un nuovissimo HDTV 55 ”. Comodi mobili in pelle completano lo spazio. La camera da letto principale si trova al livello principale ed è dotata di un letto king size, TV HD da 55 "e bagno privato. Al piano inferiore offre due camere da letto, entrambe con letti king size, TV e bagni privati. Una grande sala Den / Rec è arredata con un ampio e comodo divano componibile (ideale per guardare film o rilassarsi dopo una giornata sulle piste), Smart HDTV da 60 ", letto pieghevole e una lavanderia separata con lavatrice di dimensioni standard e asciugatrice.

Amerai GrandView per le enormi viste panoramiche, le splendide decorazioni e l'atmosfera rustica di montagna, 3 letti king con alloggi per 7, tre TV a grande schermo, due aree familiari e un grande ponte aperto che è coperto da un lato per chi desidera l'ombra. Il nostro posto è vicino a montagne, cascate, fiumi e laghi, sentieri per escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta, golf, ristoranti, equitazione, cantine, sci, tubing, slittino, rafting in acque bianche e altro ancora. GrandView è adatto a coppie, famiglie (con bambini), viaggiatori d'affari e gruppi.

Questa è una posizione perfetta per tutto ciò che l'Alto Paese ha da offrire. Sia che tu voglia sciare, fare escursioni o sederti sul ponte coperto e goderti la vista, Grandview è il massimo! Tutto è nuovo, pulito e molta attenzione è stata data ad ogni dettaglio.

Great location, great views!

We had a great stay at this property. 3 king beds in 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms were perfect for our family. Btw, there is another living room with TV downstairs where 2 bedrooms are, perfect for different groups to chill out in their own ways. The deck was perfect with southern view of the sky. Though I got my telescope, due to overcast skies and rain I couldn’t use it but anyone looking forward to sky watch, this would be a great place. Few issues I would like to mention to the host. We figured out how to start the gas grill but at least provide a big lighter because the start plug doesn’t work. Also, I would highly recommend a keurig with some supplies - you will impress your guests! Coffee availability in mountain areas is a must, it’s no fun to drive early in the morning! Overall, I definitely liked the property and would rent it again!!!

60th Birthday getaway

This is the second time we’ be e stayed at the Grand View and we love it. It is a little off the beaten path, but not too far from everything and the views are unbeatable. The lace is well stocked and so comfy. We love it and will be back again.

The cabin is very comfortable for 3 couples. The kitchen is well stocked. The view from the main areas is fantastic. There are many hikes in the area which was important to our group.

Wonderful Stay

Spotless accommodations, responsive host, and a beautiful view. We loved watching the fog roll in and out and the gorgeous sunsets over the mountains. Went skiing at both Sugar and Beech Mountain, as well as tubing. Curled up by the fire afterward, I didn’t want to leave.

Perfection!

This property was outstanding! The view was spectacular. The home was spotless. It was decorated beautifully. Quite honesty, everything about it exceed expectations (which were very high). Probably the best VRBO we've ever experienced. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful views

The property has excellent views overlooking the mountains. The cabin is spacious, clean and has comfortable seating. The one fact that renters should be made aware of prior to booking, is that one must drive approximately 6 miles on the other side of Banner Elk to dispose of trash. There is no outside trash can on the property. We are seasoned travelers and visit that area often and NEVER did we have to haul off our own trash. If it is not described in the listing, they don’t have it….like Air conditioning. It is not listed, thus, no AC. For a luxury listing, this is missing comfortable pillows, the beds squeak and guests are given the bare minimum as far as towels. Not to mention the closets have wire hangers. Our family had a good time but would not book this cabin again because of the issues noted.

Summertime Getaway

My husband and I stayed at this house for a summertime getaway. A reprieve away from the heat in the foothills of North Carolina. I packed to hibernate in the A/C, but I didn't realize, until I got to the house, that it DOES NOT HAVE A/C. After the shock wore off and we opened all of the windows, we realized that the air outside and the easy breezes were cool enough. We are thankful that the house had one box fan that we were able to use during the night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this quiet little community. Plus, the view is AMAZING!!!

Weekend with friends

This cabin is cute, cozy, warm... just lovely. Having 3 kings/baths for 3 couples was ideal. Location is super easy to access and close to necessities. The only very mild disappointment is that the trees have grown to obstruct the views from the lower level bedrooms, so not exactly as pictured. That's understandable and did not really matter because the view from the deck is awesome. Two housekeeping items -- having to transport our own trash to the dump was not fun, but I understand about the animals, and could use more than one hand towel per bathroom...but again... minor. It was a great weekend.

Pictures looked good online. The only good thing was the view.Furniture uncomfortable. Lots of dust . Kitchen utensils not clean. TV’s not friendly. Booked for a week left after 1 night . Host wouldn’t reimburse money paid . Don’t rent this place !

Perfect stay

House was gorgeous; the view itself was worth the trip. My entire family loved the house and the decor. John was super communicative and friendly. My family was here for my daughter’s graduation, which was memorable in itself, but the mountain house made it even that more memorable. Do not hesitate to book this house!

Beautiful Location!

We loved our time this weekend for a family wedding at this wonderful location. Weather was a little foggy much of the visit, but when the sun broke through it was stunning. If you are prone to issues with altitude I would say you will notice it in your sinuses as we saw many indications including my headache of high altitude! But other than that I would totally recommend this beautiful home!

Lovely stay in Banner Elk

My husband and I enjoyed a nice, quiet getaway for our anniversary at this mountainside home in Banner Elk with beautiful views of nearby mountains. We got to experience spring-like days and snow the last day we left. There's a pasture in the background where you will see deer grazing and roaming early morning and evening. There are many things to do in the area including a short trip to Grandfather Mountain. The owners of the property were welcoming and courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
