  • Si tratta di un piano inferiore, due camere da letto due bagni condominio nell'edificio 4. Wifi gratis. Il soggiorno offre una TV da 37 pollici, un divano letto matrimoniale. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con molti accessori. Ci sono 6 posti a sedere nella sala da pranzo. La camera da letto principale offre un letto matrimoniale. La camera degli ospiti offre una cuccetta con una regina in basso e due gemelli in cima. Dal tuo balcone privato godrai di una vista sulle montagne a grande distanza e una vista sulle piste da sci in / out in inverno. Questa unità non ha lavatrice / asciugatrice o camino. C'è una lavanderia a gettoni sulla proprietà. Una nuova club house è in costruzione e la data prevista per il completamento sarà settembre 2020. Avrà una piscina coperta, vasca idromassaggio, sauna, sala fitness. La struttura dispone anche di campi da tennis e aree per grigliate all'aperto.

Also the unit is a few steps to the pool. The unit was very clean, nice kitchen and living room. Rooms and bathrooms were ok (would have preferred a firmer mattress).Heaters worked very well.Would definitely come back.

Exceptionally clean & equipped with everything we needed. Truly ski in/out (although not for beginners). And the heated pool was a hit with the kids after a long day riding! Property staff were friendly and helpful. One of the nicest rentals we've stayed in, will definitely be back!

Janice and Gina were so helpful and recommended unit 411 which was wonderful. Everything you need: clean and comfortable. Unit sits in front of the lift; able to walk right out and ski down the mountain. We didn’t drive the car one time while there which meant no fighting for a parking spot!! The only complaint is that the fireplace is not useable, other than that, great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was right at the top of the slopes... great ski in/ski out for experienced skier. Our daughters are younger and as inexperienced boarder/skier we had to use the shuttle to take them down to the bottom and then come up but that was super simple and convenient as well. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen fully stocked with spices, coffee maker, dishes etc.The weather came quick and with a lot of snow, the resort was extremely accommodating with helping us add an additional day to get home at a safer time. They were very helpful with helping us turn on the fireplace. Overall, the stay was our best family vacation yet. I highly recommend this spot for a great time!

We had friends that stayed in other condos that were outdated and did not have an amenities. 411 was beautiful and had all things you needed. The only negative is there is a small odor that smells like mold that was very alarming. Also, the pool was freezing! They didn’t have the hest on until we asked, which was at the end of our stay. So that was frustrating.

It was spacious for us allowing us to have plenty of room to rest after a long day of skiing. The updates to the condo give it a new and updated interior which made it feel like a home away from home. Check in and check out was simple, we arrived late at night and left early in the morning.Our older boys loved that they could ski right out the back door. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook family meals each night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time on our family vacation to Sugar Mountain and Sugar Ski & Country Club! Unit 411 was what we expected and more! We could walk right out onto the slopes and the unit was beautiful! Reservation, check-in and check-out was very explanatory and simple. The location was great; there was so much to do around the Country Club! We had plenty of linens, dishes, and space to enjoy a long weekend together. There was a description/picture of a bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom which would have worked perfect for our son and his friend however when we got there, it was a full bed instead. Still I would recommend Unit 411 to anyone looking to enjoy a family fun-filled stay at Sugar Mountain!

They left little things that helped so much: dish liquid, paper products, tea and hot chocolate. The ski in/ski out made it so convenient to eat lunch and dinner in and reduce pack up and drive time! Would stay here again.
