“After starting the shower there was no hot water. I called down to the front desk 3 times, with no answer, after letting the phone ring 15 times each call. I finally discovered that the hot and cold water had been connected backwards. I had to set the dial to the cold setting for hot water. This is the only reason I didn’t give a rating of excellent ”

“My family and I had a great time there. It is clean, the kitchen had more than enough cooking utensils, the appliances were in good working order, and it was incredibly cozy. We had three adults, two teenagers, and a dog, and yet it felt incredibly spacious. We left an hour before it started snowing, so we’re hoping to redo this trip next winter. At least we know where we’ll be staying. :)”
