Hotel a Banwell

“When I came into the hotel and was given my room key, the first thing I noticed was the smell of dampness in the room. The carpet had burned marks all over it and stains and in places was missing carpet and built bar floor. The wallpaper was torn off the walls. The room was filthy dirty had not been cleaned and full of dust and dirt smoked disgusting so did the toilet and shower. “On arrival we were informed to dine within 8:30 p.m. and once sit at the restaurant (at approx 7:35 p.m.) we were informed that nothing on the menu, except for what displayed under "sunday roast", which included about 3 starters and 3 mains, would have been served. “An absolute gem of a find. We booked for my birthday at the end of last year, loved it so much, went back this last weekend for our anniversary. The quiet location, the lovely food, the friendly staff, all make for a really gorgeous overnight treat. Whilst last time we stayed in the four poster bed room, we opted for the balcony room this time. It was a little tired and in need of some TLC but none the less, it was a lovely stay. ”

“Hotel a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e in zona centralissima. Camera molto pulita, colazione completa. Ha un pub/ristorante interno. Unico neo è la connessione wifi che non avevo in camera e che per chi ha pochi gb rimasti e/o deve lavorare può essere un problema. Ad ogni modo, per me sono importanti la pulizia e la comodità e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. ”
