“I was very impressed with this Hotel. All areas of the Hotel smelled great. No humid moldy old dirty sock smells here! Very clean lobby, breakfast area, rooms, and bathrooms. Polite staff and wonderful breakfast! Hotel right in the middle of everything… shopping & restaurants. I definitely plan on staying here again in the future which speaks volumes if you “know me”. ”

“Renovation noise on 1st floor was very noisy, for much too long, during weekend stay. Hotel air quality, was not refreshing. Feet tripped several times, while walking, on loose carpets in hallway and by elevators. No common courtesy of basic hotel ammenties were provided. Overall atmosphere of hotel was not good, and overall needing a better upgrading of "quality" accommodations for guest. ”

“Manager attitude is very poor. Housekeeping walked in on me AFTER I requested no services. Upon entering housekeeping did NOT knock. The housekeeper told on herself to the manager and she apologized. The next morning the GM told me she don’t appreciate me accusing her housekeeper for walking in on me as if I was lying. My privacy was invaded as well as the racist GM cussed at me and told me to get out! I will be reporting her to the owner and I inform you all DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Very...

“Great staff. Very accommodating. Immediate shuttle. Hotel is literally AT the airport. Weather was not a usual sunny Florida day, but I wanted to walk. Out the back of the hotel across a street, through the airport parking garage and into the terminal. Did several laps in terminal and parking garage and got 2 miles.”

“Hotel moderno ,molto puliti gli spazi comuni e le camere. Il bagno con pulizia e cambio asciugamani quotidiani,la stanza viene rifatta solo prr soggiorni superiori a 5giorni ( unica pecca direi) Colazione non particolarmente varia ma sempre tutto buono e abbondante. Nei dintorni ovunque ristoranti e supermercati. Parcheggio a pagamento ma molto economico rispetto ad altri hotel Direi ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo Consigliato ”

“The room was very clean & spacious. Staff was very friendly.”

“Loud music plays in hallways and from the bar downstairs late into the night. We had to turn on sound machines to drown it out even after we asked the staff to turn it down. The staff were neither friendly nor unfriendly. The hot tub never worked and the pool is in the shade of the building most of the day so it’s cold. There are people smoking outside right at the front entrance and on the back patio though it’s marked no smoking. The room is clean but the rest wasn’t great”

“Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal war freundlich ander Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum. Leider ziehe ich einen Punkt ab , weil bei 6 Nächten nur einmal die Betten und das Zimmer gemacht wurde und das auch nur nach Vorsprache an der Rezeption.”
