The lower level has a laundry room, a living room with desk and pull out sofa. This space opens out to a patio with grill and access to a meditation garden and path to the shore.

The island offers some public transporation and is bicycle friendly. The home is located on a dirt road just off of a quiet side street.
No smoking.

Owner may have kayaks in the garage, these are not to be used under any circumstances. Kayaks and other recreational items are available for rent in town.
