“We stayed at Breakwater in October 2023 with two young families. The apartment is well stocked and worked well for two couples with three kids under 4. Luke was super accomodating and provided us with pack n plays and a high chair, and was also very responsive. Location is great - walk across the street to the harbor to check out boats and birds, or walk down to the village for breakfast or dinner. We loved our stay in Southwest Harbor and at Breakwater. “Un posto davvero carino, check in velocissimo, staff davvero gentile (il ragazzo che ci ha accolte all’arrivo è’ simpatico e molto cortese, ci ha anche suggerito luoghi dove cenare e da vedere), cabine confortevoli e vicine alla cittadina di Bar Harbor. Unico appunto da fare: frigorifero rumoroso. ”

“The property was great place to stay while visiting Acadia National Park. The room was clean and just right for 5 of us to stay, there was plenty of space. I wish that there was body wash for the shower instead of bar soap, and some hand & body lotion would've been nice as well. The breakfast was good, there were plenty of options for us but the coffee didn't taste very good. The pool area was spacious and my kids enjoyed the pool. ”
