Questa casa costruita nel 1905 ha un rifacimento completo nel 2017. È stato aggiornato in questa casa attraente, accattivante e bella. È situato nel cuore del centro cittadino di Bar Harbor e in una tranquilla strada laterale.
La casa è stata pensosamente progettata e arredata con materassi super confortevoli. I pavimenti in legno massiccio sono stati magnificamente restaurati. Ha un portico anteriore coperto, balcone e tanto spazio per la famiglia in vacanza. A meno di un chilometro da questa casa troverete numerosi ristoranti, negozi, escursioni per l'osservazione delle balene, escursioni a piedi con il pulcinella di mare, escursioni in kayak, escursione a bordo di tre alberi per citarne solo alcuni. Le auto possono rimanere nella proprietà mentre si prende la navetta gratuita Island Explorer per accedere al resto dell'isola. L'accesso alle poche entrate al parco nazionale di Acadia è di circa un paio di miglia da questa casa.

PRIMO PIANO: l'ingresso conduce a un soggiorno con nuovi arredi e TV a schermo piatto con canali premium via cavo. Ha un sacco di posti a sedere e illuminazione. Camera da letto principale con letto king size, TV a schermo piatto (con canali premium via cavo) con il proprio bagno privato completo. Nuova cucina con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio. Sala da pranzo con tavolo allestito per sei persone con una foglia per aumentare il numero di posti a sedere per un massimo di otto persone. Mezzo bagno nel corridoio. Lavatore e asciugatore.

SECONDO PIANO: una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. Camera da letto due con letto matrimoniale. Camera da letto tre con letto matrimoniale, camera da letto quattro con un divano letto matrimoniale con TV a schermo piatto (per i giochi, netflix, ecc). Due bagni completi.

ESTERNO: veranda coperta con tavolo e sedie in legno. Propano Grill nella parte posteriore della cucina. Balcone della camera da letto al secondo piano. Parcheggio per 4 auto.

  • The Criterion in downtown Bar Harbor, Maine, does not look very much from the exterior, but it is a glorious, well-preserved Art Deco style theatre. Opening in 1932, it has served the town of Bar Harbor as a movie palace ever since, accomodating such prominent families as the Rockefellers on their vacations to nearby Mount Desert Island. Kept in fantastic condition over the years, the theatre still has most of its original interior: seats, curtains, and even the original lighting board for stage performances. This home really had it all! All descriptions on website are accurate, it has so much room and is beautiful! Plenty of seating inside and out and bathrooms for all. It is in a great location! We walked to everywhere in town but is far enough away to not be in the middle of it all. The parking on site is a bonus

We booked this property for a family trip with our three adult children and their families. The size and location was perfect. The house was very well equipped with a high chair, pack and play and an umbrella stroller. Our host, was awesome to work with and very responsive.Our family has a great week and we enjoyed our time in the house. We would stay here again.

This property is in a perfect location. We were able to walk to all of the restaurants and shops in Bar Harbor. The bedrooms worked out great with all of my family there. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The owner even had some toys for my grandchildren to play with in the backyard. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect location in the center of Bar Harbor, easy walking distance from Bar Island, Shore Path, restaurants, groceries, bike shops, etc. There was more than enough space inside and out for our group of 5, either together or doing our own things. The house was clean and well stocked.

This house and location was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Great house layout and yard for kids. It was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to grocery store, coffee houses and sand bar for daily adventures.

Perfect Bar Harbor Home – Spacious, Central, and Family-Friendly

We had an amazing stay with six adults and two kids under 4. The house was perfect for our group — five bedrooms gave us plenty of space, and the layout offered both privacy and great shared spaces. Everything was super clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the living areas were cozy and inviting.The location was unbeatable. We were just a 2-minute walk from Bar Harbor’s best restaurants and only 5 minutes from the most incredible oysters we've ever had. At the same time, the home is tucked away on a peaceful side street, so we had quiet mornings and restful nights — a rare and wonderful combo.It was also perfect for our young kids. There was space for them to play, rest, and feel at home without any stress. The whole place felt warm and welcoming, with little touches that made a big difference.We used the house as our base for Acadia adventures and loved coming back to such a comfortable, calm space. It worked beautifully for both kids and adults, and we truly couldn’t have asked for more.We loved this place and would absolutely stay again!

Location, location, location!

This house is exactly as shown and described. Very clean and well maintained. Very stocked kitchen if you want to cook at home. Many bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy with adult groups. We had five adults so this was perfect. The location is incredible. So close to town, you can walk to restaurants, bakeries, even the grocery store in just a few minutes. Very close to the Bar Island walk as well. Yet even though you are so close to town, you are just far enough away to be on a quiet street. Lots of onsite parking as well. Acadia Park is also close. I highly recommend this property. Communications with property manager was quick and easy as well.

Family gathering

This property was perfect for us (in our 70s) and our daughter and family (2 year old son). This house is spacious, clean, updated enough to have the amenities you need, exceptionally well stocked. There were even puzzles and a t ball set that the 2 year old could enjoy. Communication with Veena was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

Acadia Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Bar Harbor and the house worked perfectly for our families needs. The 4 bedrooms worked great for 4 couples. No one needed to sleep in a double or a twin room. Everyone said their beds were comfortable and that is super important. Walking distance to everything Bar Harbor has to offer and even the Grocery Store. Had two e-bikes and two regular bikes. The e-bikes got tons of use but the carriage trails are hilly so after the 1st day people didn’t use the regular bikes.Super easy to walk to the Village Green and take the Island explorer into the park!

Wonderful family vacation

This was my second stay at this beautiful and well stocked home. It is so convenient to so many shops & restaurants as well as Acadia National Park. We loved walking by the bay and took a couple of nature excursions. Highly recommend this property

Fantastic Stay in Bar Harbor

The house is great. The location is on a quiet street and the house is an easy walk to anywhere in town. The house was clean, and very well equipped -- especially in terms of kitchen and cooking needs. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the house. Also, it has a very nice front orch for relaxing. We were eight people and the house was comfortable for us.

We were very pleased with most everything about the home and location. On-site parking at the back door was great. Short walk to grocery store, downtown area and waterfront / docks.
