Mount Desert Island, Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park

Eden House è un accogliente casa pulita situato in una bella e tranquilla zona boschiva. In pochi minuti si può essere in un lago, il parco o una spiaggia. Eden House è a pochi passi da un parco giochi, banca e ristorante di alto livello. Ci sono undici miglia da Bar Harbor e 1/2 miglio dalla fermata bus dell'isola di sistema. Godere di numerose attività all'aria aperta o un disco incantevole sulla Ocean Drive che sono così popolari nella nostra meravigliosa isola.

Everything for a family juggling two littles could need! Our 4 yr old loved all the games, puzzles, and books. The parents appreciated the easy single floor layout of the main living spaces, laundry, high chair, quiet and private neighborhood, and a kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal easily. Location is great for accessing the NP park from different entrances and great food options around with a playground right up the street. 10/10, no notes.

My mom and I had a great stay at Kathy's place. It was easy to get to different points in Acadia and we appreciated the quiet location nestled in the woods. Kathy was quick to respond and provided lots of information about nearby restaurants and things to do in the area. Both Kathy and her place were a real gem!

the cabin was just what we needed for exploring the park and area. it reminded me of the house I grew up in. It was a nice surprise to find the pancake mix and condiments in the fridge. Just wish there was a Kuerig machine since I'm the only one who drinks coffee and a pot is too much.

House had everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen essentials, towels and hangers in the closets. Perfect location to explore Acadia and the quiet side of the island. The lakes were great for kayaking. Every place we chose for dinner were delicious. Host was always responsive to text messages. Great place to visit. Don’t miss out booking Eden House.

Our host was wonderfully communicative in advance of, and during our stay.The house is centrally located for easy travel around Mt Desert Island while still feeling private and secluded.We saw deer and wild turkeys in the woods around the house, and the home was very well appointed with everything we needed to make it feel like home away from home.

Eden House

We had a wonderful stay at Eden House. Kathy was very responsive before and during the stay. Super helpful. Not that much help is needed because the house is well equipped, including lots of extra touches provided to make everything easy. We are a family of 4 and were comfortable in the house and on the large, very private and quiet property. Easy access to explore Acadia and Bar Harbor. Just an overall great accommodation. Lovely, comfortable house. Quiet location. Host very communicative and helpful. You do need to drive to most places on the island from here (my husband was hoping the island shuttle bus would be more useful but i thought driving was easy and most places were within 29 minutes)

Bar Harbor house

The owner was very responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and well-organized except for the treadmill in the primary bedroom. It was in the way. Kitchen was well equipped. There were no markings on the shower (no arrows or print) so was initially difficult to manage, but we caught on. The house is in the woods, a good distance from Bar Harbor. The Town Hill General Store was wonderful - great coffee and muffins.
