  • Godetevi questo casale Maine informale e affascinante con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, ampia zona giorno e ampio monolocale king separato e rinnovato con bagno. Rilassati dopo aver esplorato il vicino Parco nazionale di Acadia e Downtown Bar Harbor con una passeggiata lungo la tua spiaggia di ciottoli privata (disponibile solo con la bassa marea) dove probabilmente vedrai foche, focene, stelle marine e uccelli marini. Alba e tramonti sono ugualmente meravigliosamente da questa posizione. Una buca per il fuoco e un tavolo da picnic si trovano sul bordo della proprietà, offrendo un luogo perfetto per banchettare con una tradizionale aragosta al Maine o una cena in famiglia mentre si guarda il battello delle aragoste.     La cucina è ampia e fornita di pentole e stoviglie per grandi feste. Un grande tavolo da pranzo e un camino a propano si trovano nella zona pranzo. Lavatrice e asciugatrice si trova nel bagno completo fuori dalla sala da pranzo.

    Il cottage per gli ospiti con aria condizionata è spazioso e ha un letto King e futon per dormire e bagno completo. Completamente rinnovato nel 2018, questo cottage in stile spiaggia offre molto spazio per una famiglia con bambini piccoli o coppie che desiderano avere uno spazio più privato durante le vacanze con un gruppo più numeroso.

    La casa accetta animali domestici, ma viene accuratamente pulita all'arrivo di ogni ospite.

Absolutely wonderful! The location was great-easy drive into Acadia and Bar Harbor. The guest house was perfect for my mom who loved it. My husband and kids got up early to kayak and hung out with the seals. My 14 year old daughter who is hard to impress told me to give this house a 14 out of 10!

Wonderful location and view! Very close to Bar Harbor and Acadia. The house is quaint but spacious, with everything we needed. The beach is great for a short walk and exploring the Ovens. Owners are very helpful and efficient communicators.

Very clean and lots of room! Beautiful view and the fire pit was fun! I had to contact the owners and they were great about getting right back to me. Highly recommend!

What a view!

We stayed with a family of 7 and had plenty of room. The view and walk along the beach makes this a must stay location. Would definitely stay again.

Maine at its finest

This charming cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and a view to make it memorable. The convenience to Acadia and Bar Harbor can’t be beat. We hope to go back!

Quick Getaway

This house was just what we needed for our first trip to Maine. The location, with a great view of the bay and access to the water, was outstanding! The house had everything we needed for our stay. Bar Harbor is a short drive away if you’re looking for a great restaurant. But we chose to eat most of our meals at the house and enjoy the great views!

Amazing location! Easy access to park and Bar Harbor but still feels very private. Would highly recommend renting kayaks. Host is very responsive. Would absolutely stay again.

Spacious and Comfortable Cottage

Perfect size for a family of 6, mostly adults, to spread out and enjoy together. Wonderful location on Sand Point. Lovely helpful host. Recommend highly for those desiring an authentic Mt Desert Island experience!

Wonderful place to stay!

Beautiful home on the water. Enjoyed the beach , watching the lobster boats come and go, close to all activities in Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Very responsive host! Highly recommend to others visiting the area.

Delightful!

Beautiful property! Listing was very accurate, pictures were spot on. Location was quiet and peaceful but a short drive to both Bar Harbor and Acadia. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone visiting MDI!

Must stay!

My husband, three children and I went to Bar Harbor with my parents. They stayed in the guest house and we stayed in the main house. It was PERFECT! We had plenty of space and enough separation to do our own thing. This is a must stay!

Heaven on Earth

Such a beautiful home and in a stunning location. The weather wasn’t the greatest but we still had tons of fun. This house is in the perfect location and gives you an amazing view. Nicole was super helpful.

Look no further! This property has everything - outstanding views, including sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed walking on the rocky beach and even swimming. The set up is perfect for multi-generational families with the detached king studio and ample gathering spaces in the house. Our host, Nicole was available and responsive for any questions, needs. All in all, a wonderful experience!

Check in was easy. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The views are to die for. We had a great time kayaking with the seals. Very spacious for large families. The only bad thing was fire chairs were plastic and cracked. Not made for larger people.

Great location!

My wife, my 2 dogs and I stayed at this property for 4 days and we loved it! Definitely more house than we needed but we really wanted to be oceanfront and it was so worth it! My dogs loved exploring the beach at low tide. This property is minutes from downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia and we had no problem finding our way around. Nicole, the host, was amazing and more than accommodating when we had to change our plans last minute. Would highly recommend staying here if you plan to explore Bar Harbor and Acadia.

Beautiful property

This was the sixth time we have stayed in this house, which has been updated by Nicole in the past few years. We saw porpoises, seals, and a variety of seabirds from the house and collected so much seaglass from the beach. The price has certainly increased and is on the higher end, but the location, house, and guest cottage are excellent

Very enjoyable and relaxing

The location was great to explore all of MDI or just relax and enjoy the views. The views of the water were fantastic. Everything was as described. Only suggestion was info about the dehumidifier in the guest house—didn’t realize there was one until day before leaving. Everything was comfortable and was a good size for extended family. Nicole had stocked all necessities which made everything easier. We all enjoyed our stay very much and would return. Thank you Nicole. It was everything we hoped for and more!

Location had more to offer than the aquatic museums and oceanarium! Spectacular wildlife!

We had THE most wonderful time! We saw seals and fish and bald eagles and two mink all while just relaxing on the dock and beach and around the firepit! Everything was just top notch! My husband and I (the grandparents), our daughter, her husband, and our three curious and nature loving granddaughters (7,8,9) did some hikes and many of the touristy things but we all agreed that the house and grounds and beach had so much to explore that we were very happy just being there! Linens and supplies were abundant! We just didn’t want for anything! We’ve already told all our friends about this wonderful place! Thank you thank you for sharing your treasure!

Early Season Rental

We are regular visitors to Acadia and stayed at the Ocean Breeze cottage for the first time. We found the cottage to be spacious, well appointed and well cared for. The extra building was perfect for our daughter and SIL. The oceanfront location was very interesting with unique natural features to explore along the waterfront. Views from the cottages and yard are outstanding with beautiful sunsets and many seabirds to observe, along with the occasional seal. The hosts were very attentive to our communications and arranged for kayak rentals (including delivery and pickup). They provided a nice welcome package and very thorough information booklet for the cottage and surrounding areas. The kayaking was great, but be aware that getting them up/down the stairs is a two-person job and we suggest bringing sturdy water shoes for the rocks. The grill, outdoor furniture and spacious yard made a perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking in the Park. Early May is a great time to visit as the crowds are thin and parking within the Park is very manageable. The cottage is an easy 10 minute ride to Bar Harbor. We highly recommend this property for an Acadia vacation. Thanks to Nicole and Kyle for their hospitality!

Private little paradise

What an incredible stay. My friends and I (a group of women in mid 50’s) stayed at this lovely cottage in October of 2024. The landscape was painted in fall colors providing absolutely majestic views. The house is tucked away in a cute little neighborhood cove. Even though there are plenty of neighbors around you feel like you have total privacy because you can’t see a single one. Everything about the home was great and we were all quite comfortable, we had everything we needed during our 5 day stay. A few basic spices in the cabinet, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper and a very well equipped kitchen meant we would have a thing we needed for any meal we wanted to cook. We only needed to hit the grocery store for a few groceries one time and that was on our way in. The cabin was clean, cozy and simply perfect for our needs. The owner was easy to get in touch with and always responded promptly. She has gone to a lot of trouble to equip the cabin and provides a booklet of any information you might need to know while staying there and visiting the area. I cannot wait to get back again
