Ti dà una sensazione molto migliore per la proprietà, posizione tranquilla e inoltre mostra la vicinanza al bordo dell'acqua e al molo. The Treehouse è un appartamento di 2 camere da letto al secondo piano, 28x32. Ha un bagno completo con combinazione vasca / doccia, una pompa di calore con riscaldamento e raffreddamento elettrici, una gamma e un frigorifero. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice e 1/2 bagno al piano terra. Conservazione solo al primo piano. Ottimo per le bici se ne porti un po '. L'ampio soggiorno con soffitto a volta ha un divano letto matrimoniale. La zona giorno si apre su un ponte attraverso porte scorrevoli in vetro. Viene fornito un grill elettrico. La riva di Bass Harbor è a pochi passi lungo il vialetto dove c'è un molo condiviso con altri due cottage, una barca a remi e kayak per i nostri inquilini.
Da questo spazio accogliente in un autentico villaggio di pescatori, visita il Parco nazionale di Acadia, Somes Sound (l'unico fiordo sulla costa orientale) e molti negozi, musei e gallerie nelle nostre 3 città dell'isola. Innumerevoli artisti e artigiani sono attratti dalla regione per la sua bellezza naturale. Avventure fuori porta abbondano in questo paesaggio aspro. Crociere in barca, escursioni, mountain bike e kayak da mare ti ricompenseranno con paesaggi spettacolari e vedute di fauna selvatica.

Nice place to stay close to Acadia National Park in the quieter part of the island. A lot of nice restaurants close by. Treetop retreat was smaller than we expected but was plenty of room for our party of 4. It is a second story house so you must go up a set of stairs to access the house. Wasn’t bad except for when lugging heavy suitcases and coolers up. The beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed on our stay. Having access to the washer & dryer downstairs was a plus. We didn’t get time to enjoy the canoe & kayaks but love that it was an option. Host was very quick to answer questions. Thank you for sharing your vacation rental with us.

Quaint, quiet, equipped and clean

The property was as advertised except it didn’t capture the beauty of the overall property. House was clean, well equipped and in a quiet and beautiful setting. Manager was very responsive and enjoyable to work with. Would definitely stay there again

Enjoyable stay

My partner and I were glad to stay here. We particularly enjoyed kayaking in the inlet that is at most a two minute walk from the property. About 30 minutes' drive from Bar Harbor where a lot of restaurants, shops, and some trails are, but quite close to other trails like Wonderland and a small town that is less crowded than Bar Harbor and has great food. Would happily stay here again!

Perfect Maine Getaway!

The treehouse is a perfect summer spot. The photos do not do it justice; it is clean and tidy and the kitchen has every tool you could imagine needing (far from classic rental sparseness!). The location was perfect on Acadia's quiet-side, and the dock / kayak access was such a wonderful touch! Though it is a slight walk away from the house; the dock is not connected to the treehouse. Stacy was very responsive to all of our questions, within half an hour. I really have no complaints and would certainly recommend my friends stay here, or we stay here again!

Maine trip to acadia

Great location and immaculately clean. Very much enjoyed walking to the dock everyday to check the tide and kayaking. Peaceful and beautiful area. I would definitely stay here again.

Couple Getaway

My husband & I loved staying at this treehouse location. It was the perfect size, equipped with all we needed for our stay. It was about 30 min from everything we wanted to do while visiting Acadia. If we hadn’t stayed here, and opted for Bar Harbor, we would never have seen this part of the area. Plus, the kayaks were a fun activity. Would stay again!

Beautiful tree house

We enjoyed staying and working at the Tree House. We kayaked each morning in Bass Harbor and went on more adventures in the afternoon. Tha location was perfect quiet and accessible to Acadia and Bar Harbor. The tree house was clean and very comfortable.

A very charming, bright and cheery space. We enjoyed the quietside location away from the hustle but close enough to Acadia park. The views from the dock were beautiful. We had a relaxing stay. The host was very responsive in helping us with our needs.

Great cottage in the quiet corner of Acadia

This cottage is charming and comfy. It has everything you need, plenty of bedding, kitchen wares, towels, etc. The deck and patio set are great. The trees grew up taking away a potential view of the bay, but the trees do give the treehouse feel and privacy. We used the kayaks, dock, and garden areas quite a lot. The tide is very dramatic and the bay empties out, it will take a day or so to get used to that. The location is tranquil and out of the way, but there are quality restaurants and convenience stores within a mile or two. Just a couple of things, not a complaint, but informative, there is not a dishwasher so pack paper goods if you're staying as a family. Also, there is a long staircase up to the cottage. The steps are fine and there are handrails, but anyone in the party staying there needs to understand that you'll be doing these stairs to come and go, take out the trash, and do laundry, so you'll be doing them often. If we return to Acadia we will definitely consider this cottage again!

Nice place on the quieter side of Acadia

We really enjoyed our time in Acadia - this is a great location for the quieter part of Acadia, which we enjoyed a lot. Loved being able to take the kayaks and rowboat out on the water.

Perfect for a family

Great location for Bar Harbor and Acadia

We had a great time staying here and appreciated the nice accommodations for our family with three small kiddos. Great location for everything Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park, but far enough off the beaten path that it feels secluded and away from the busyness that can surround both of those places. Would stay again.

Loved our stay here!

We enjoyed this great location and open concept space. The upstairs has wonderful views and is comfortably furnished. We didn't pay enough attention to the listing about second bathroom being located downstairs and accessible only by going downstairs on the exterior. It was fine for the 4 of us to share the upstairs bathroom, but would be somewhat challenging with more people. The lower bath is also quite small and musty smelling, so it would be best only as emergency overflow. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen seemed well stocked. The area is scenic and we very much enjoyed our stay!!! Host is responsive and instruction/info manual was thorough. Thank you!!
