“The property has no parking available for the guest, the shower does not drain easily”

“No main light only side light which makes the room a bit dim. No complementary coffee or tea or water. No remote for the TV. We need to ask for the wifi password and keys. I was planning to use the pool but there was quite a distance to the room and we needed to look for the in-charge to get the keys.”
