However we were really disappointed with the service, which was generally cold. In particular there was a lady at the reception with curly hair and glasses who was hasty and quite arrogant. “This is a beautiful property. The staff were polite and accommodating. There is no mirror or TV in the room. We had ocean view and it was gorgeous. The only disappointment was not being able to use the pool after 6pm far as amenities. And, I stayed there for 7 days which was an hefty penny. After paying at checkout, I was called back to swipe my card again because they didn’t charge me 6 cents. They were helpful in helping my spouse obtain flowers for my birthday and storing my cake.”

“I stayed from 5/29/26-6-6-26. Our first room was a teeny tiny room with a sliding door entrance from our ground floor patio. The sink was stopped up and the door handle looked as if it had been tampered with. We complained and requested a room change. Xanthia at the front desk told us they had one that they could clock out for us for the next day. When we talked to them the next day she had NOT blocked out the room for us. “La struttura è molto bella e molto ben tenuta. La camera era spaziosa e con tutto ciò che serve per dei pasti veloci; bello e comodo il terrazzo con meravigliosa vista sul mare. Ottimi i due ristoranti e anche la panetteria. Il personale è risultato sempre cortese, disponibile e sorridente. Abbiamo chiesto un cambio di camera e il late check out e hanno fatto di tutto per accontentarci. Grazie, torneremo sicuramente. 😊”

“Un hotel in centro a Punda. Nella piazza principale. Comodo per il parcheggio (peccato che da ottobre 2024 sia a pagamento dalle 8 alle 18, ma a un costo minimo). La camera 201 molto grande, con affaccio sulla piazza, ma con finestre oscurate così che non possono vederti da fuori. Il bar al quarto piano è molto famoso e spesso fanno feste molto rumorose ma non dopo la mezzanotte. La colazione è nel locale al piano terra con la scelta tra 3 menù fissi: molto ricca anche se non molto varia. C'è...

“Our stay a Dreams Curacoa was FANTASTIC! The staff were friendly and helpful. It wasn’t ridiculously crowded and the food was GREAT!! It’s not often that I enjoy all my meals at an all inclusive but the flavor and taste of everything we ate was DELISH. The only thing that would make this resort better is nightly entertainment and if the bar was actually IN the pool. I didn’t like having to get out of the pool every time I wanted a beverage refill. Otherwise, we had a wonderful experience.”

“Very beautiful and stylish, designed with great attention to the smallest details. The room was spacious, and it has a lot of room to hang clothes and beach towels. The hotel is located in a vibrant area with lots of nice and cozy restaurants as well as walking distance to the other landmarks of Willemstad. Staff is supportive at all times. You can get fresh beach towels daily which we have loved. ”
