Private villa with Swimming Pool, Tuscany

Located in the Chianti region, 35 km from Florence, Villa Bellavista Di Mammi is part of an elegant three-story villa with a large garden and private swimming pool. The villa has been beautifully restored and is surrounded by grape vines and olive trees, making it the perfect place to relax and escape the crowds. The nearest village and shops are in TavarnelleVal di Pesa (7 km) and many of the must-see Tuscan towns such as San Gimignano, Florence, Siena, Volterra and Montepulciano are within easy reach by car.

The villa (500 sqm) occupies the right wing of the house and develops over four levels. There are other people living in the other part of the house, guests have exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool. Please note that the villa is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

On the lower floor, you will find a living room (with a sofa), a dining room (with a table that seats twelve) and a well-equipped kitchen (with a table). Internal stairs lead you to the sleeping area, where you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower). Also on this level, you will find a fitness room (with a treadmill, stationary bike, and a sofa) and one bathroom (with shower).

On the ground floor, you will find an elegant living room (with a sofa and chairs), a small dining area (with a table that seats four), a second well-equipped kitchen and a large terrace furnished for Al Fresco dining.

On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

On the villa’s higher level (in the tower) with stunning views over the Tuscan countryside, you will find another double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa is set in extensive grounds with a private swimming pool (6 m x 10m; depth 1.2m – 2 m; open 25 April – 10 October) and jacuzzi hot tub. The outside living area features a sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas), several relaxing areas (with comfortable outdoor seating) and two Al Fresco dining terraces (with tables that seat twelve).
