A true haven of peace, located in Barbezieux in Charente, the villa Anani, lives up to its name which means "My cloud". It is a house where life is good, very bright, comfortable, you would think you were on vacation every day.

Close to the city center, this single-story, wood-framed, atypical and unique house of 183m2 has a rounded shape that gives it an elegant design. It opens onto a large entrance hall of 8.70m2. The living room is 70m2, the kitchen is fully equipped with a central island, adjoining the kitchen, there is a utility room where you will have access to the various household appliances and a large sink.
This fully glazed room leavesLight enters the house, it overlooks the swimming pool and the park with its 73m2 semi-covered wooden terrace. The dining room and living room have a suspended fireplace which is not functional in summer.
You can enjoy evenings on the terrace overlooking the floodlit pool. The house is surrounded by parks and gardens, not overlooked, set back from the road. It boasts a magnificent enclosed and wooded park of 2,500 m² with century-old trees. A 600 m² playground is available for various activities.
Furthermore, it is a stone's throw from the shops on the greenway but in a peaceful setting.

Weekly stays are from Saturday afternoon between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. to the following Saturday morning at 9 a.m., with departure at 10 a.m. to allow time for a tour and inventory during the holiday period from July to the end of August.
We expect our guests to take care of the house and leave it in the same condition they found it. Cleaning must be done, or a cleaning fee may be applied.
Take out the sheets, mattress protectors and towels, leave them in each respective room, take out the trash. Respect this place where life is good.
 
Please report any issues or malfunctions to us so we can resolve them. Any breakage must be replaced with an identical one.
