“The room was great but the additional bed was broken (the staff did nothing to help - which was a big issue). The location is ok (not in el poblado but about 15 minutes walking from there). Overall mixed feelings: good hotel in principle but when the issue occurred (again, a broken bed) the staff was not helpful at all! ”

“Breakfast was good, coffee was hot , the room was extremely quiet with birds sounds. Fabulous experience, hot tub was warm and pleasant , our shower didn't get warm , the sauna was amazing though. The staff were kind and service was good
