“The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! And, the water pressure there is lousy, make it...

“Rooms were clean, but a lot of the included equipment like the water equipment (kayaks/paddle boat), large swing, two restaurants were ‘not working.’ Which was a reason we chose this location. The food was excellent, but service slow. The all inclusive breakfast changed locations without notice to the guests- The airport transportation was coordinated ahead of time and when we landed after an early flight, the driver informed us he would be an hour late. Many small/medium inconveniences but...

Se poi questa tenda è arredata con ottimo gusto in stile safari, se ti offrono gite in canoa, sup, falò serali con marshmallows, viste magnifiche su albe e tramonti, colazione servita direttamente sul tuo terrazzino privato, ottima cucina e comodo accesso al vicino Penol, passare una o due notti qui non potrà che lasciarvi incantati.”
