Appartamento molto bello e tranquillo, situato in posizione centrale, a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla Fontana Magica di Montjuïc e da Piazza Espanya. Cinque minuti Fiera Montjuic. Cinque minuti dalla metropolitana e autobus. È una strada molto tranquilla, ma solo a poche strade dal cuore del quartiere, con molti bar, ristoranti, teatri, discoteche, un centro commerciale.

Puoi andare a fare una passeggiata alle Ramblas e al centro città.

L'edificio ha due ascensori.

L'appartamento è molto luminoso e silenzioso.

L'appartamento ha quasi tutto nuovo, ha 3 camere da letto, un letto king size, una con letto a castello e l'altra con un letto singolo, ha anche un divano letto. Ha una cucina, un bagno con doccia e lavatrice e un soggiorno. Dispone di T. V, internet, aria condizionata, riscaldamento, asciugacapelli, asse da stiro, ferro da stiro e telefono per le chiamate locali.
Abbiamo alcuni giocattoli per bambini piccoli, se necessario abbiamo una culla e un seggiolone per bambini.

È stato decorato con molta cura per renderti un soggiorno molto piacevole e farti sentire come a casa.
Vogliamo che tu abbia delle vacanze indimenticabili.

The property owners are very helpful and have thoughtfully stocked the property with basic necessities. The location is a 7 minute walk from Poble Sec metro station. The building is very clean, secure and safe. Highly recommend!

Tolles Apartment in Barcelona, geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet in ruhiger Lage - nur 5 min zur U-Bahn. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns am Bahnhof abgeholt und uns viele Tipps gegeben, haben uns einen liebevollen Empfang bereitet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und würden das Apartment weiter empfehlen.

Everything went just great! Thankfully the host met us at the door to demonstrate the locks and such. There was a very nice bottle of wine awaiting us. Good location for walking and for public transport. We were lucky the weather was really good. There were umbrellas for us to use. Communication was great with whatsapp, if we needed anything, and if there was a change in arrival time etc. all good. I recommend this place. We were only 2 adults, but it could easily accommodate a family of 6, maybe squeeze in another kid or 2

We hebben een superverblijf gehad. Rosa en Miguel zijn heel lieve en attente mensen en ontvangen je heel spontaan en vriendelijk. Naast wat lekkers van koek, fruit en drinken; geven ze ook heel veel informatie om je verblijf in Barcelona nog meer geslaagd te maken. Ook tussenin wordt gepolst als we nog iets nodig hadden; zeer attent. laatste dag hebben ze ons ook naar de luchthaven gebracht. 10/10 voor Rosa en Miguel !

Rosa is a wonderful host, she is very kind and helpful. She helped us with many things to see and do while in Barcelona. Her property is close to many attractions, cafés, restaurants, and bus lines. I would highly recommend this property for anyone to stay in.

Rosa and Miguel were absolutely amazing and wonderful hosts! They took the time out of their day to pick us up from the airport and highlight a few sights and recommendations for the area. Rosa was incredibly communicative via WhatsApp and made sure our entire stay was incredible. The unit was clean and everything worked great. They made our first visit to Barcelona an amazing experience!

Great location-short walk to metro and bus stops, short walk to National Art Museum, near Montjuic; great neighborhood; clean and well appointed appointment-perfect for our family of 4 (that included our adult daughter and my mother). And Rosa and Miguel were wonderful hosts-they welcomed us with a tour of the apartment and detailed recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing seeing, etc.; checked on us mid-stay and even offered to drive us to the bus station when we left. And the kitchen was stocked with juice, milk, coffee, tea, pastries and a bottle of wine. Thank you for a great stay, Rosa and Miguel!

Rosa and Miguel, are wonderful, caring hosts with lots of great information about the surrounding areas that they are very willing to share. We went to a number of restaurants they recommended and they were all very good. The accommodation was perfect for us including good air conditioning, cleanliness, bed comfort and location. On our check out day, Miguel even surprised us with a ride to the airport which was not expected but greatly appreciated.

Rosa and Miguel know how to run a great apartment. They went out of their way to ensure our Barcelona experience was going to be great and it was! They arranged to pick us up at the airport which was so welcome after 2 tiring flights from Australia. The apartment is spacious and really well equipped. It’s very quiet with no street noise at all. Plenty of supermarkets, bars & cafes nearby. Rosa & Miguel gave us lots of information to insure that we made the most of our time in Barcelona. Fridge & kitchen bench stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed some local produce including a large succulent melon & a bottle of red wine. The bed was very comfortable…the list could go on & on. This place is 10/10.

Our stay at Rosa and Miguel’s flat was exceptional, very clean and comfortable. We loved the neighbourhood and being close to stores and shops, even though we don’t speak Spanish, we were able to enjoy. You can’t go wrong staying in this VRBO, Rosa and Miguel are lovely people and extremely helpful. Miguel even took us to the Port of Barcelona so that we wouldn’t have to call a taxi….

Our stay in Barcelona was simply wonderful and this due to the lovely apartment hosted by Rosa and Miguel. It was very clean and stocked with fruit, milk, juice, butter, jams and some like cakes/crackers. The supermarket was very close and had everything we needed. The metro is also very close which made it easy to explore Barcelona. They gave us options for things to see and do and the apartment had some maps which were very helpful. Miguel drove us to the cruise port on our last day which was extremely appreciated. Thank you Rosa and Miguel

Schöne, saubere Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Fenster gehen auf den Innenhof, dadurch war es aber auch sehr ruhig und es war kein Straßenlärm zu hören. Durch die zentrale Lage konnten wir viel zu Fuß erkunden. Da hat uns die kleine Einführung zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Miguel gut geholfen eine Auswahl zu treffen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel ist vorhanden. Ein Obstkorb, eine Flasche Wein, Wasser, Kaffee und anderes waren ebenfalls da. Rosa und Miguel sind wirklich ein sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Vermieterpaar. Auch wir konnten uns das Taxi zum Hafen sparen, Miguel hat uns hingefahren. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Rosa und Miguel.

This property was just as they described. A great little apartment with convenient grocery stores and a metro stop just a couple blocks away. The apartment was well stocked and the hosts even provided some coffee, milk, juice, fruit, crackers and wine! Plus they even picked us up from the airport. They were very helpful with tips on the metro and where everything is located.
