Questo è un appartamento fantastico da godere con amici o familiari.

Si trova in pieno centro, in una zona tranquilla, piena di ristoranti, caffè, negozi ..

L'ampio e piacevole soggiorno / sala da pranzo con due comodi divani, una TV da 50 pollici (con TV via cavo, molti canali internazionali e NETFLIX) e la connessione wifi gratuita è il luogo perfetto per pianificare il tuo soggiorno a Barcellona.

C'è anche l'accesso diretto a una piccola terrazza aggiuntiva.

Uno degli enormi divani si trasforma in un letto matrimoniale per il 7 ° e l'8 ° ospite.

C'è un tavolo da pranzo e sedie se si sceglie di cenare all'interno e non all'esterno sulla terrazza più grande !!

La camera da letto principale è dotata di letto matrimoniale, ampio spazio guardaroba, TV e bagno privato.

La seconda e la terza camera da letto hanno ciascuna due letti singoli e uno spazio guardaroba per i tuoi effetti personali.

Tutte le camere hanno molta luce naturale (e tende nel caso in cui si desideri riposare in un luogo completamente buio).

I due bagni completi sono completi di vasca / doccia, lavabo e servizi igienici.

La spaziosa cucina con accesso diretto alla terrazza soleggiata ha tutto il necessario per il vostro soggiorno tra cui macchina per il caffè, macchina da caffè NESPRESSO, AEROCCINO 3 nespresso, tostapane, spremiagrumi, bollitore, forno a microonde, forno, lavastoviglie, ecc.

English below Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con altri 7 amici. La nostra esperienza è stata complessivamente positiva. Ci sono stati piccoli problemi, ma Belen è stata sempre molto disponibile e comprensiva. L’appartamento è sito in una zona comoda per spostarsi, è molto ampio ed è dotato di tutto ciò che serve (stoviglie, detersivi, lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, shampoo, macchinetta e cialde caffè/te, lenzuola e asciugamani pulite, robot aspirapolvere, smart tv con netflix, ecc). C’è un piccolo balcone e un ampio terrazzino comodo per i fumatori, ma anche per mangiare all’esterno nelle belle giornate. Consiglio questo appartamento? Sicuramente sì, specialmente per gruppi di amici e per famiglie che cercano un ampio e comodo appartamento durante il loro soggiorno a Barcelona ENGLISH: I stayed in this apartment with 7 other friends. Our experience was overall positive. There were small problems, but Belen was always very helpful and understanding. The apartment is located in a convenient area for getting around, it is very large and is equipped with everything you need (dishes, detergents, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, shampoo, coffee machine and coffee / tea pods, clean sheets and towels, robot vacuum cleaner, smart tv with netflix, etc). There is a small balcony and a large terrace comfortable for smokers, but also for eating outside on fine days. Do I recommend this apartment? Definitely yes, especially for groups of friends and families looking for a large and comfortable apartment during their stay in Barcelona

This apartment is located at the foot of Montjuic. This is a great park to explore with beautiful views, a castle and gondola ride to the waterfront. It is also very handy to the cruise ship terminal. We took taxis to the gothic quarter, La Segrada Familia and Las Ramblas but younger and more fit guests could walk it.There are a couple of small grocery stores within half a block to stock up on essentials and several good restaurants nearby. It should be noted that the two secondary bedrooms are tiny and just have fans to keep cool. This was fine for us, but it might not be sufficient in the height of summer. There is AC in the master bedroom and the living room. I would also like to mention that our host was very easy to reach and always returned my inquiries within just a few minutes.

We stayed here for almost seven weeks during the America's Cup. The location was perfect. There are lots of good restaurants within a couple of blocks, & a grocery store directly across the street - super convenient! The location is perfect. Close to a metro station and only a 15-minute walk to the port or La Rambla. The apartment has two split A/C units for the living area & large bedroom. The two small bedrooms each have a fan to help circulate the air. They are very small (just room to walk between the beds. The large bedroom is spacious with lots of closet space. Both bathrooms are good-sized, with a tub/shower combo in the ensuite and a walk-in shower in the 2nd bathroom. The rear patio is great for morning coffee and conversation. Having a washer & dryer was fabulous! The wifi worked great the entire time. The building is extremely safe, with two keyed doors for entrance into the building. The elevator is right by the apartment's front door and very quick. The neighbors were quiet. There is a bit of noise from the street in front, but not enough that it bothered us. Belen is fabulous to deal with. She always responds promptly to any questions and was extremely helpful when we needed to get something mailed to us. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Barcelona!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The location was great, within walking distance to La Ramblas. The only thing I will note is there is no air conditioning in the two twin bedrooms and it gets pretty warm. There are fans provided, however, one we were not able to use as it was faulty. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Once we figured out how to get around it was great . Close to supermarkets and restaurants. It was nice to come back to the apartment and chill in the evenings with a glass of wine on the deck out front and people watch. We also had coffee on the deck as well.

Property is immaculately clean. Beds are comfortable. There is a small balcony that overlooks the street and the cutest larger balcony off the kitchen. We didn’t cook anything, but the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots. We did was clothes - washer and dryer are easy to use and detergent is provided. A good location, a few blocks from the Rambla, within walking distance to the cathedral, short taxi ride to Park Guell and La Sagrada Familia. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Il pleuvait des trombes d eau à notre arrivée nous avons appeler via whatsapp la propriétaire pour qu elle nous ouvre à distance les portes afin d accéder à l appartement L appartement est très spacieux et très propre. Très bien équipé petîts supermarchés tout proche boulangerie restaurants également station de métro à 3 min de marche ligne 3 qui est vraiment une station parfaite pour se déplacer rapidement partout Petit bémol concernant l Isolation qd on dort dans la salon cela ne nous a pas empêcher de profiter de cette belle ville de Barcelone

This was a good apartment. Clean and good communication with the host. The 2nd bathroom had that sewer gas smell that seems to permeate Barcelona but opening some windows aired that out. Beds were comfortable but rooms 2 and 3 are tiny. Kitchen was nice. Showers were great. They were hot and powerful and nice after a long day of adventure. There was a washer and dryer, but we never did figure out how to make the dryer actually dry anything. Near the metro. A small grocery was across the street. Neighborhood was residential, not very attractive, but safe. Indian / Pakistani restaurant around the corner is fantastic. Street noise can be loud at night. Woke us up a couple times each night. Overall, a good, safe and convenient place to stay. Definitely max 4 adults.

This apartment exceeded my expectations. It is spacious and well laid out. Check-in instructions were a little confusing, but the owner was very responsive, and we were able to resolve initial apartment access issue in no time. Owner also provided an extensive list of dining and tourist suggestions, which was much appreciated. Parking garage is two blocks away, and we were also able to find metered parking on the street.
