  • Summary:

    Luxury two bedroom spacious apartment with 2 large bathrooms and 2 living rooms one with a fully equipped kitchen. Each living room has a 2 person sofa bed and the apartment is served by a lift and has access to a large roof terrace that is shared between 5 apartments.

    A reception is open for guests to check in and check out and secure luggage storage is available.

    The apartment is situated in the old city within easy walking distance of the marina, the old cathedral, the Ramblas and the beach.



    The Space:

    Luxury two bedroom spacious apartment with balconies overlooking the street. Each apartment has 2 large bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen and 2 living rooms with a sofa bed in each. The apartment is served by a lift and has access to a large roof terrace that is shared between 5 apartments.

    A reception is open for guests to check in and check out, offer local information and provide secure luggage storage if required.

    The apartment is situated in the heart of the old city within easy walking distance of the marina, the old cathedral, the Ramblas and the beach.

    Guest Access:

    The shared roof terrace is open from 10am to 8pm.



    We can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out in Inspired Gallery, the shop next door from the apartments.



    Other Things to Note:

    - On arrival you will have to pay the Barcelona tourist tax, 6.88 Euros per adult per night.



    - Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in fee (upon request): 25€ for arrival after 11:00 AM.

    If it's past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.

    Late mandatory check-in fee (excluded from the price): 35€ after 21:00 / 60€ after 00:00.



    - Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.

    Late check-out fee (upon request): 25€ for departure before 14:00.



    - Maintenance Access: Guests must allow reasonable access to the property for inspection and repair of any reported maintenance issue.

Six Days in Barcelona

Our 'Inspired' apartment in the Gothic quarter was excellent, and had a perfect location, with restaurants, bakeries etc., and the beach close. Gothic quarter is the place to stay in Barcelona and we couldn't recommend our apartment highly enough..

Great location . Clean, large and well furnished . Owner is responsive . Definitely recommend staying there. You do need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner as well as washing machine detergent .

Great location ad the on site manager was very helpful and available. We were in the two bedroom apartment - and it would be perfect for two couples or those with children. There are two distinct bedrooms, baths and sitting areas with tv's The location can't be beat for walking both the gothic quarter and the marina area!

I loved this apartment! Great location, super nice people, and beautiful, modern apartment. Close to everything!!! The wifi was a little slow, but honestly, you're not going to Barcelona for the wifi, so it was fine.

Great location and very large

A very lovely and spacious apt. We stayed a week and found it to be in an excellent area with loads to walk to and tons of places to eat and drink. Sensi right across the street was a good tapas find. Loved little bakery next door and plenty of small markets to get essentials from. Owners could not have been nicer and very helpful with everything. Will definitely stay here on a return.

Great Location

Loved being walking distance to the beach. Apartment was clean and modern. We stayed in Apt 2 which was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. Great bakery across the street for breakfast and many wonderful restaurants and cafes close by. Top floor apartment so the elevator was a heavenly relief after long days of walking and exploring the beautiful city of Barcelona.

Couldn’t be better

Loved 25 Carrer de Regomir. Now had 2 bathrooms and 2 sitting areas. No longer divided. Well kept up and furnished and very pleasant assistance from the staff in the Gallery downstairs, particularly Alex. Couldn’t go wrong at this place formlocation with many good restaurants close by and handy metro stops at Jaume I and Liceu on the Rambla.

Central location with a spacious suite

We enjoyed our 5 nights in Bari Gotic as we were able to walk to many museums and sites,and easy access to the metro line for those sites that were out of walking range. Nice, clean with a bottle of Cava waiting for us in the fridge. Noisy when balcony doors open, but quiet when they are closed. Couple use some lids for their pots and a mid sized bowl to facilitate making a bite to eat in the suite. Thanks for making our stay in Barcelona a success.

This was a very comfortable and well situated property

This apartment is walking distance to many places that we wanted to see in Barcelona and readily accessible to taxis to take us when we wanted to go further afield. The neighborhood was full of good restaurants - including some that were literally across the street. The apartment was spacious and clean. However, if you are a light sleeper, there is some noise late at night from people coming from the bars. If I returned to a Barcelona, I would definitely stay in this apartment

Really great!!!

The apartment is just wonderful, you have 2 parts, one for kids and one for parents. So you have 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms and 2 tv… It's really clean, with a tidy decoration. It's in the middle of the old town, with all you need. It's not so hot because of the proximity of the others apartments and the tight streets. I will come back, for sure!!!

clean, modern, chic and perfect location

My husband I rented this place for four nights in October. An amazing location in the old historic area with quick access to everything. Apartment was surprisingly sleek and modern. Everything was new from the faucets to the windows to the kitchen and everything in between. Great food and bars all around within quick walking distance. This place even has a ( very small ) elevator!! Apartment is bright and modern. Lots of windows ( no views though.) Dealing with Jordi was a true pleasure and he met us promptly for check in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and can not wait to return myself.

Fantastic location. Great host.

Th apartment itself is a basic 2 BR / 2 BA setup. However, the location in the Gothic Quarter and convenience to all things Barcelona (tourist attractions, metro, tapas, shopping, bakery, etc.) is excellent. The hosts are readily available for any questions. And the area is very safe at all times of the day and night. The few times we decided not to walk or take the metro, Uber drivers were available within minutes. My wife and I stayed a couple nights before and after our cruise and access was very easy. We plan to travel to Barcelona again in the future and bring my mother and aunt. We will definitely seek this apartment again when we do.

El Bari Gothic

Location is great if you want to be in the Gothic Quarter. Easy walking distance to both beach and Las Ramblas. It is a lengthy walk to the area of La Familia Sagrada - but certainly doable. Property itself is nice - there is plenty of space. There were only 2 of us and it would have been comfortable with 4. I rated a 3 star for cleanliness due to the rooftop area being less than desirable (although that did not hamper our stay) and also because I felt the grout in the shower was not terribly clean. I will admit I am a bit of a clean freak, so don't let that discourage you. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful experience in Barcelona

My husband and I rented this apartment for 5 nights prior to going on a 12 night cruise. We were extremely pleased with the condition of the apartment as well as the location. The apartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures and as described. It was very clean and Jordi, the apartment manager, was quite helpful in providing directions and options on travel to the apartment from the airport and was there to meet us, just as he had agreed to. Location is ideal - a short walk to Las Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya and the beautiful Barcelonetta Beach and in close proximity to the port for anyone taking a cruise out of Barcelona. Many supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants and shops all around the apartment We would definitely return and would certainly recommend this apartment for couples or those with one child.
