This stunning Barcelona apartment features 3-bedrooms and a sofa bed. The first bedroom is equipped with a high-quality double bed, name brand linens and soft natural lighting. The windows are big and provide the room with stunning natural light that will ensure the day starts the right way. The second and third bedroom are equipped with a single bed, ideal for kids or friends. The bedrooms are warm and inviting, and a great place to relax after exploring the beautiful city.

This spacious unit has 1 full bathroom. The bathroom has all the necessities you need from towels to toiletries. The modern bathroom sink sits under a wall-mounted mirror, the bathroom is a rewarding place to get ready for a busy one or to unwind from one.

There is no open TV, only chromecast. There is no antenna at this building.

The lounge area sits in the center of the apartment, making it easy to move about the space. The apartment has beautiful wood flooring, gorgeous open ceilings, and tasteful discrete decor.

The building has a shared terrace, so when you stay in this apartment you will have the right to use this area. The common terrace is open from Monday to Sunday from 08:00h until 21:00h.
The terrace is currently under re-decoration and new terrace furniture will be added soon.
You are also just a short metro ride from patio cafes, restaurants, sidewalk boutiques, and some of Spain's most iconic and historic landmarks.

When you stay at the spacious duplex you have access to everything. The unit is rented out to one family at a time, so you have ultimate privacy and space. Your host will be happy to meet you upon arrival and give you all the information you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

No smoking: Please note that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors.

No parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book elsewhere.

No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.

The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the set maximum limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.

This system helps to make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbors is of utmost importance to us.

Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will be applied.

Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.

Municipal Tax: We have to charge the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, prior to arrival at the apartment. We notify that it may vary according to the current year.

Passport Information: It is mandatory by law to register all persons staying in any tourist accommodation with their full name, date of birth and passport number. Therefore, we will ask you to provide us with this information prior to your arrival.

Upon opening the door to the apartment building, I was disappointed. The vestibule floors and stairs leading up to the apartments we're stained and looked like they we're in need of a good washing. The walls in the same area were dirty and had sizable chips in the paint and plaster. The carpet in front of the actual apartment door had debris and needed to be vacuumed. The virtual key for the apartment was a bit problematic initially. The apartment itself was good and had up-to-date appliances. The doors and door frames leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit worn, detracting from the overall crisp clean look of the apartment. Only issue -The molding on the shower glass door was missing, causing A LOT of water to flow out of the shower onto the floor. Maintenance did look at the door, determined a new piece had to be purchased. It was fixed by our last night. The neighborhood was wonderful, a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
