Ville a Barcelos

“Pros: All appliances where there. Minor defects where taken care of swiftly by owner. Cons: Garden and pool needs tiles.”

“The host was extremely helpful when we needed help and even made a call for us to help with train ticket issues since we do not speak Portuguese well enough. He also sent maps on how to get to a few places. Again very convenient and helpful. I will say it is a little bit of a drive to get to a grocery store. There were some ants and flies but you are next to a farmer’s field and in the countryside so it is normal and to be expected. I would definitely return there and recommend it if you find...

“This property is completely unacceptable, unsafe for our group of 13, and significantly misrepresents the listing.Issues inclide;Critical Health & Safety Hazards:Potential Mold/Air Quality: There is a heavy, pervasive must odor throughout most of the property, which is particularly overwhelming inside the wardrobes and cupboards.Pest Infestations: There are visible rat traps placed inside multiple bedrooms, indicating a known rodent issue. Additionally, there are active wasp nests on the...

“Location is great but needs bed and cousins update ”

“Pros: All the little extra's that the host left for us. The amount of space, both inside and outside the villa. The beautiful art work on the walls. The opportunity to relax! Cons: The road noise- particularly from passing lorries tooting during the day; was a bit much. Traffic would have been ok; but the villa is right on a bend; so the noise, when you are by the pool is not relaxing. ( Obviously the hosts cannot change this, and the villa itself is simply beautiful!)”
