“I checked in Sunday afternoon June 7th and was told the room would be cleaned every other day contrary to the listing. So I figured ok. But I checked out Thursday the 11th AND NOT ONCE WAS MY ROOM CLEANED. NO CLEAN TOWELS NO BED MADE NO GARBAGE TAKEN OUT NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALL. I did call the front desk about the problem and was told well you can come down and get clean towels and your room would be done the following day. That didn’t happen. Room was not done my entire stay.
