Welcome to our charming two-bedroom home nestled in Downtown Bardstown, just North of the enchanting dinner train experience. This stylish retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication, providing a relaxing haven for your stay. Enjoy a beautiful walk toward court square!

As you step into this tastefully decorated space, you'll be greeted by a cozy living area, adorned with modern furnishings and warm tones. The thoughtful design creates an inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring the scenic surroundings. Both of the bedrooms feature comfortable King Size beds with premium linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Our home comes equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals or enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out for the day. The dining area provides a perfect setting for shared meals and conversations.

To enhance your stay, we've included all the amenities you might need, from high-speed Wi-Fi to a smart TV for your entertainment. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, we strive to ensures a memorable and comfortable experience, with every detail carefully curated to make you feel right at home.

We just finished landscaping and adding our driveway. Thank you for your patience during this time. We are so excited to see all of the perennial's bloom!

We will start out by saying Laura was a very responsive host. The house was clean, the beds comfortable & the location convenient. Here are the negative points. With the bright lights from the Arby's right next door (drive thru runs between the house and the restaurant) it made it very hard to sleep for us as we are used to living away from the city lights in Northern Wisconsin. Some black out curtains would have really made a huge difference. We stayed for 4 nights and made meals but could only find a small sauté pan. I did message Laura and she said to look under the stove drawer but no pans were there. It would have been better to have a well stocked kitchen with more pots and pans. Next is the bathroom. It is VERY tight. I am 5’3 and it felt small to me. Just sitting on the toilet I felt like I was going to hit my head on the glass door of the shower getting up. My husband is 6’6 and was not comfortable at all. From the pictures it looked like there was a fenced in backyard for our dog. Our fault for not asking as it is only a dividing wall with Arby’s. Lastly, this is NOT Laura’s fault, however the neighbors dogs were barking nonstop. It stressed our dog out, made it hard to relax let alone try to sleep. The first night after contacting Laura she called the authorities and that seemed to help that night but on our final night there we ended up calling the non emergency police ourselves. Very frustrating knowing we had a 12 hour drive in the morning.

Well-situated home close to downtown. Very clean and nicely decorated. The furniture and beds were very comfortable! We had a couple of questions during our stay and Laura was quick to answer and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable space for dogs and relaxing after a day of touring. Enjoyed cooking breakfast... kitchen had all the necessities. Relaxing living- and bed-room and ample parking. Convenient to downtown and shopping. Would visit here again.

Box spring mattresses with no foundation or platform. This made the beds fall through the cracks of the frame, very uncomfortable.I do want to note that the house was very pretty inside very clean. Location was very noisy as there is a neighbor who has five or six dogs that bark all time of the night.

We were glad to find this pet friendly place for me, my wife and our dogs. It was the perfect size for the two of us but could easily work for two couples with both bedrooms having king size beds as long as you don’t mind sharing a bathroom. Check in was easy though it took me a minute to find the keypad as we got there at night and the numbers are around the deadbolt hard to spot but that was more me expecting a big keypad. The backyard was very nice. From the pictures though it appears like the whole thing is fenced in but there is only a fence on the one side that faces the business next door. It was entirely our fault for assuming but we were bummed it wasn’t fully fenced in. Overall though this was a wonderful place and we would definitely stay again when exploring the bourbon trail. Thanks so much for having us!

The home was well appointed, and had everything we needed plus snacks! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed. The home was very clean and not overly cluttered. Coffee was provided also. Very nice stay

Very nice and clean home. My friend and I were very pleased with our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and Kroger is close by. The property is right next door to an Arby’s and a gas station. There is a wooden fence on the property line, and we had no issues with any noise. There isn’t any laundry, which was not an issue for us, but could be if you stay for an extended period of time. Laura was a great host and very responsive when we communicated. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Bourbon Royale Yes!

Nice and clean with updates and fresh amenities. Close to downtown and several distilleries. Neighbors dogs were loud though the night.

Great KY Trip

We had a great four night stay at this property; it worked very well for me, my wife, and our dog. The older house is clean and nicely updated with easy parking and check-in. Wasn't an issue for us, but be aware the small backyard is not fenced. The house backs up to an Arby's drive through lane, so there is some minor noise. Easy one mile drive into town and nice base for discovery of the area - we made day trips to Lawrenceburg and Louisville. Laura (owner) was responsive during our stay and we would use this house again if back in the Bardstown area.
