“It was excellent! They had a complimentary happy hour with snacks, which was great for both kids and adults. The location was perfect, and having a 24-hour CVS right across the street was super convenient. The breakfast was very good, but the chef really stood out with the amazing omelets. The apple donuts were the cherry on top! Room service was perfect as well, and they even brought us extra sweets for our kids, which was such a thoughtful touch.”

“The two girls working there were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us and the other guests by helping us get the shuttle to the concert, making sure we were all happy with drinks etc… you could tell that they really cared . We will definitely be back. Such a great experience because of them.”

“Wonderful stay. Walking distance from the racetrack. Room was clean and we had our own bathroom. They left two bottles of water and the air conditioning on for our arrival. The breakfast was a great start and the waitress was so sweet. We will be back”

“The staff was friendly. They had the wrong room for us when we went to check-in, so we had to wait another 30+ minutes to check-in. That was frustrating, but we were offered a beverage and snack for each of us. Once you get past the lobby, the space is dated, but everything was clean. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms are small, but overall the space was nice. It’s walkable to downtown and the restaurants, which was great. ”

“I decided to take my wife to the Belmont Stakes horse race for her birthday and for our anniversary. We could only get one night, as Saratoga was very busy that weekend. The BMI was stunning. Wish we could have stayed longer to relax on property. Martha (our host) was exactly what you would expect from this type of accommodation. Pleasant, Professional, Friendly & welcoming. Location is perfect. Walk downtown or to the race course in 10-15 min. Comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. We plan on...

“So friendly and super clean.”

“The hot tub jets didn’t work. The pool had a couple bugs floating. The air conditioner screen was so dirty it didn’t blow cold air. The hot water in the shower was mediocre. And the “executive suite” building was not even secure (you did not need a key card to enter)”

“It was such a neat old house. Within walking distance of Broadway and the track. The breakfast was awesome. We will definitely be going back.”

“Staff pleasant. Room large and clean. Comfortable bed. Coffee maker worked on arrival but not after. They didn’t spend a lot on room decoration but hot water and welcoming shower was appreciated. Perfect for one night stay and walkable access ( if you’re a practiced walker) to SPAC and downtown.”

“Rugs were extremely dirty and tub did not drain properly. I was showering in my own my own dirt water was shin deep. Never again will I come back.”
