9,2/10 Fantastico! (1005 recensioni)
A great place to stay for a trip to York. Only a 15 minute walk from the centre of York. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was nice, clean and well-appointed.
Parking at £18 per night felt a little expensive but we were able to drop our car ahead of checking in so made the most of our parking charge!
Would recommend a stay at the Churchill.

8/10 Ottimo! (41 recensioni)
The apartment was excellent, well appointed and in a good convenient central location.
What let it down was the parking. This was 20mins walk away, but this was not made clear until after we had booked.
Also the check in procedure for the parking was difficult. It took us an hour to get this done. To be fair once we gave up trying and rang the owner he sorted it out immediately.

"The real problem is that the spa is not working and that’s the reason why I stayed in the hotel. I should have been notified same way I got a message about how busy is the restaurant and that needs to be booked beforehand."

"The room could be cleaner - found a long hair in my towel. Breakfast is average. Excellent location."
