My biggest and only real complaint was that we were put into one of the condo style queen rooms with a door that led to the parking lot and when I say we could hear EVERYTHING outside that door I do mean everything. “Our stay was the 2bedroom suite with 7 people group. It's not super roomy, but quite enough, and all amenties were flawless, including the sofa-bed, bath, breakfast and temporature control quality per room. Front desk was kind, and the best of all was the tiny creek from the backyard. Probably the major downside was the price, but it was an acceptable range considering the quality. It was about 20-30% more expensive than one where we stayed in Kalispel with similar condition and quality. Again...

“My problem with this hotel was the parking charge of $20 per night. This for an open so-called lot with no security at all. When we left this morning I had to back out carefully because a homeless man was on the curb behind me.”

“IHG has some work to do to get this place they purchased to be up to IHG standards. 1” gap under the door, no soundproof windows, no soft-close door hinges, very loose toilet seat, somebody else’s dirty towel left hanging behind the bathroom door, not a great breakfast…I’m on the road for 200 days a year for work and these are the little things that matter to me. I probably won’t be back.”
