“The Langley Castle hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff could not be more accommodating, friendly and helpful. It's been a long time since we experienced such great service and felt so welcomed! We were offered help with our bags, which given the narrow and winding stairs, would be a good option for anyone with a heavy or large suitcase. “I have a 3-5 on service. All the staff that I interacted with were very helpful and professional. However, the housekeeping was not good. I was only there for 2 days. On the first day, my room was not cleaned, despite housekeeping being right outside the room when I left for the day. On the second day, the room was cleaned but the amenities (tea, coffee, etc.) were not replenished. Clearly no quality checks by the housekeeping management.”

“Great hotel. The location is fantastic, the staff go above and beyond. A favourite spot for a getaway with opportunity to walk, visit High Force waterfall, have a drink in the cosy bar and dine in the elegant dining room. Breakfast was great - the food is obviously local and fresh.”

“Although it was just a one night stay for me I received a very warm welcome, shown to my room and all staff; reception, bar and restaurant were first class in their roles. Room was clean and tidy and bed very comfy. Good selection of food and cooked breakfast to order.”
