The Grove Park Inn used to be a five star property. It’s a 3 at best today. We went to the GPI to celebrate my son’s birthday. Just to hit the high notes, the service from the staff was terrible. The washer and dryer did not work properly. It took me over two hours just to dry one load of clothes which were still damp and steaming.
