Beautiful ultra-modern 3 bedrooms on the bay, stunning views of LBI.
Direct access to the bay, 50 ft bay front.
Neighborhood beach and minutes to LBI,
Fully stocked kitchenware, washer/dryer, beach towels, paddleboard, 3 kayaks, water toys, 4 bikes, beach cart, and chairs. No Pier or dock access, only a seawall with two ladders to drop the kayak or swim.
Not suitable for gatherings, get-togethers, or parties. Pls note max occupancy.
Full service, all linens included.

Directly on the bay, with amazing views, sunsets, and sunrises. A very private house, with a fenced-in yard.

Swim right off the dock, 100-150 feet of shallow water in front of the house.

No dock or pier, our water access is 50ft seawall for swimming, kayaking….. exterior cameras on all corners of the proprty.

4 car parking.
Remote-controlled electric fireplace.
Full-size washer and dryer.

This is not a party house, it's designed for a small family to enjoy it peacefully.
Parties, outside guests, and disruptive behavior to the neighborhood including loud noise are strictly forbidden. No dock access.

Summer vacation 2025

Was an excellent week, beautiful weather and property was as advertised. Clean, spacious for a family and owner was very responsive. If you are in the market for a rental in this area, is a beautiful property to stay.

We loved this house. So comfortable and easy to enjoy. The sunrise was so beautiful. Enough places to eat and shop, LBI was close enough for a day trip but we mostly enjoyed the great location. Thank you Tony!

Awesome getaway!

The property is immaculate and in a lovely neighborhood with a beach up the street with easy access. As you can see on the listing, the house is extremely well equipped. We especially loved the visiting swans and seagulls that would visit. Perfect for young children as the bay is much calmer. A short trip to LBI If you’re looking for the ocean and more activities. Tony provides a wonderful informative manual for the house. Looking forward to a fall rental! Thank you for a lovely comfortable home.

Fantastic experience

We had a great stay. Tony was very communicative and everything was exactly as expected. He accommodated our small dog and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. This was our 1st time using VRBO and we were very happy.

Blissful!

This was a perfect home in a perfect location! Close to LBI but quiet. Sunsets from the deck were a highlight. The home is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Tony was a prompt communicator and friendly host.

Relaxing and comfortable

Our family of four and our small dogs were very comfortable in this bay front home. The view was relaxing, and it was a great place to unwind. Tony checked in with us while we were there, and he responded quickly to any questions we had. There were enough things to do while staying at the bay, and the drive to LBI was also reasonable. Thank you Tony!

Relaxing family vacation by water.

This house is right by the water and provides a relaxing ocean view. House is well maintained, very clean and modern with high techs. My family with 2 dogs felt welcome to the house and enjoyed kayak, bicycle, firepit and drinking coffee on the deck while listening to music and enjoying the water view . Owner, Tony, provides clear & easy check-in and check-out instructions, replies to text messages promptly and makes sure guests are enjoying the house. Thank you Tony!!!

Enjoyable stay and would return again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is pretty (just like the photos), the location is nice and the views were wonderful. The best parts were the fully stocked kitchen (nearly every cooking tool imaginable) and the very helpful and responsive owner. Minor note - we agree with the previous reviewer that the hard to reach spaces (under the couches and bed) could be cleaner. But, overall a great choice.

Renters be cautious

Unfortunately there are many reasons for my negative review. We are a family of 5 that was excited to spend a couple of days together before school started. First the good part. The house and property were beautiful , exactly as described. The owner Tony was available to answer any questions . Here’s the bad part.... The neighbors seem to be excessively sensitive to talking, laughing, music, or just enjoying your family time and they alert Tony and Tony will contact you. If you are outside and use the outside property after 10 pm, you will probably get phone calls and/or text messages from Tony. One of the reasons we chose this house was because of the crabbing. Our family loves fresh crab sauce so it was a thrill for us to catch our own. We felt harassed by Tony when he complained about us for crabbing at 11:30pm with multiple messages and texts telling us that we are disrespectful to the house and to the neighbors. We were not yelling; we were not disrespectful; we were just doing what we came to do and enjoy ourselves on vacation. The property cameras are listed in the contract “ to protect against break-ins when not being rented”, but we feel the cameras were intrusive and were probably used to watch and listen to our every move. We received texts and messages multiple times a day alerting us to something Tony saw. We think that is creepy and invasive. We are homeowners ourselves so we understand the need to respect our neighbors, but this rental should be listed with a 10pm curfew which it was not. This extreme level of oversight is not warranted in our opinion and put a damper on our stay.

Great Host

Tony was a great host and always responsive. The house is small but well updated and perfect for a weekend getaway. It’s away from the craziness of LBI but close enough if you’d like to go. And the view cannot be beat!

Wonderful Property

Tony’s property was the perfect stay for a girls trip. It was right on the water, has an indoor and outdoor fireplace, and has multiple bikes available for use! He checked in via text periodically to make sure our stay was comfortable. This place is best suited for quiet groups. Also, if you are planning to leave the house frequently I’d rent a car! I unfortunately did not do that and had quite a hard time getting Uber, Lyft, and Taxis. No complaints on this property, it was perfect!

We came to the area to visit family and enjoy a view. Wow! We were not disappointed! Everything was as nice as the pictures show. There was even bait in the freezer to go fishing! We will absolutely be back next time we visit.

Beautiful & Relaxing Getaway

This is a beautiful home on the bay. Perfect for anyone looking to get away and relax. Tony had everything you could want...kayaks, floats, firepits, and even a crab trap. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly placed including all the patio furniture and umbrellas. Can't wait to visit again! Thank you for an amazing weekend!

Neighbors are a problem

There should have been a disclaimer with this listing that you are not allowed to make ANY noise outside of the walls of this house. The neighbors called Tony over the slightest sounds, including laughter while out on the ocean and the sounds of 1950’s radio playing on literally the lowest volume setting possible. I’m happy to see this listing is no longer available because if you are going to rent to people on vacation, they should be allowed to enjoy themselves without worrying about disturbing the neighbors.
