We are offering this charming flat for rent in the town of Barneville-Carteret, less than 50 metres from the beach. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 21 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic) and bed linen are included – we’re just waiting for you!

Work on the building’s façade will continue until June 2026. You may experience some minor disturbance during the day.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 21 m² living room with a TV, sofa, etc.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

The flat is ideally situated in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
- Barneville beach less than 50 metres away.
- Plenty of beaches in the surrounding area. 40 minutes from Sainte-Mère-Église (D-Day beaches – 80th anniversary in June 2024)
- Visit to the ‘Maison du Biscuit’ in Sortosville-en-Beaumont,
- The Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg, Ludiver and the Nez de Jobourg in La Hague.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park in the residence’s courtyard (no designated space).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Valognes railway station, approximately 25 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet Airport, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes’ drive away
