“Pleasant stay. A little outside Barnsley itself but certainly could recommend.”

“Great stay however the rooms were not overly clean. It seems housecleaning need to rush to get rooms ready and do a basic wipe over, but it is not really to the standard expected of a 4star hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and grounds and common areas were very nice. Food a little disappointing (plates hot but breakfast not). With some attention to detail this property would be really good 😊”

“Hotel looked great online and like a 1970s holiday camp when we arrived with metal staircases and chalet rooms We also had a lovely guest decide to smash the room up under us and threaten everyone police called not 1 member of staff checking anyone was ok Breakfast was awful all in all never to be repeated again”

“Comfortable bed. Clean room just a bit tired. Staff friendly and helpful. Free parking. Would stay again if we visit West Yorkshire again.”

“Dated dirty and drab. Cracked basin and toilet cistern. grubby broken light pulls. Cracked lampshades on bedside lamps.. random unmatched tiles in bathroom and lime scale staining. Flaking paint on windows and failed double glazing on windows. Teenage staff doing their best in spite of the fact that it appeared noonehad paiduch attention to our room for 20 years.”

“Staff were great, breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean and pretty new looking. All round a good stay and worth the money.”

“L'albergo è in un palazzo non recentissimo con arredamento non proprio moderno, ma comunque ben conservato. Le camere sono spaziose (più dei classici Holliday Inn Express) e la colazione era veramente buona. Se volete far tappa a Sheffield è una buona scelta, con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo”
