“Albergo vicino a centro commerciale e ad alcuni ristoranti ,il solito Fairfield ,di nuova costruzione ma , non capiamo il perché, si sentiva in alcuni punti , un cattivo odore forse di cattiva manutenzione della fossa biologica , onestamente un ottimo albergo ma con questa pecca ”
“I knew there would be a lot of kids and there were. That's okay it is a water park.
I did not like having to pay $20 for 1pm check in. Really?

“Lati positivi: ottimo albergo per la posizione vicino a negozi, ubicato sulla strada principale, tuttavia la camera al secondo piano era molto silenziosa. Le camere sono spaziose e viaggiando con un bambino di dieci anni il doppio letto Queen si è rivelato molto comodo. Macchina per il caffè in camera (all'americana) e WiFi gratuito. Buona la pulizia giornaliera, personale gentile.
Lati negativi: costo di pernottamento molto (troppo) elevato e colazione non inclusa.

“The cleaning of the room seemed to have been done quickly, we found things in the room like a used fork, a deodorant and a lipgloss on the floor that weren’t ours. Other than that everything was great. The emplacement is perfect. Also, Lydia at the breakfast buffet was really sweet! ”
“Abbiamo soggiornato dal 6 all’8 agosto nella Luxury King Room bellissima camera con magnifico bagno e doccia. All’arrivo ci ha accolto il proprietario Adrian, persona squisita e ottimo chef, che ci ha cucinato una lobster fantastica. È sempre stato disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta fornendoci ottimi consigli per le attività nella zona. Bellissima atmosfera... e indimenticabili colazioni! È stato il miglior soggiorno del nostro viaggio nel New England! Lo consigliamo caldamente a tutti....

“I had an amazing stay at this resort with my two best friends and our kids (mostly teens.) The entire property is meticulously clean—from the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless. We loved the pool, the convenient amenities, and the umbrellas/ chairs on the beach were a nice touch! The customer service was absolutely impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable.
A special shoutout to the registration/front desk team (Karen is a superstar)...
“Property is located in downtown Hyannis and is very convient. Close to many resturants and stores. However some strange noises in back alley road. Overall a good place.”

“Such an adorable retro renovation. Rooms are spacious, beds and pillows super comfy, great design and spotless. Sparkling pool ,fire pits, corn hole and cabanas... awesome vibe. Much more than I expected from a road side motel. Conveniently located near restaurants, and stores, with beaches just a short drive away.
The staff are all friendly and professional. ”
“I normally stay a little more "upscale" than the CCMI, but I was taken by the positive reviews. And I must say that the reviewers were correct! The owner (I chatted with him at check-in, and again at coffee the next morning) is clearly running this place as a 'labor of love,' and it shows -- it's super-sweet, clean, and comfortable, without being fancy. Highly recommended!”
“We booked this room at the last minute for a quick getaway. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable and clean the room was. The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way for guests. Everything in the room was upgraded. The inn is in the middle of downtown Hyannis, walking distance to everything including the harbor. The only downsides were their restaurant is closed down (there are plenty of amazing restaurants in town) and I read the inn is going to be converted to upscale...
