“The breakfast was good. The pool was full of people mostly kids so we didn’t get to use it. The ac was hard to control so we were hot, lighting behind beds was flickering constantly so we couldn’t use it and in the middle of the night while using the bathroom I had to kill a silverfish. The beds were uncomfortably hard. The tv worked well.”

There were chocolate chip cookies available for guests and I received a complimentary room upgrade, which were both nice surprises. “My husband and I stayed with our 2 grandchildren 12 & 15 as we were at Canada’s wonderland. We loved everything about the hotel. We were especially impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were. We asked for an extra blanket and towels for pool. Our request was granted immediately. The breakfast was very good . Loved how efficient the staff were to ensure the food was plentiful and hot. There was someone always cleaning the counters and the tables.”
