“A really nice spot. Rough top area is great (and was a surprise!). The folks who helped us were great. Two small things: 1. VIP check-in desks had two people who were not helping a large line of folks checking in. I understand wanting to save at least one VIP spot just in case, but having two hotel staff chat with each other beside us while waiting in a large line was upsetting. 2. The pool towels were out. We asked for more 3 times, and no one came with more.”

“Staff very friendly and helpful Concerning mould in the pool area Dock not properly working, with no sign Rooms have PAPER THIN WALLS and floors. Everything seems to rattle, could hear people in the hall and doors slamming all the time. Bed tilted while sitting on the edge. Lots of upgrading needed Has potential but it is definitely not there.”

“Whenever i travel in ontario i make it a habit to visit Stevenson Inn and Spa. This beautiful B&B is tucked away from plain site, out in the country filled with warmth, renewal, peace and quiet. “We spent three nights at the Rawley and were shocked how in disrepair the property was. Our room was falling apart. Housekeeping would not come unless we personally asked for our room to be cleaned, even though we left the sign on the door to be cleaned. After they came they always left it dirty as if they never vacuumed it or wiped the coffee table. The front lawn was covered with geese feces which is dangerous for pets and children.
