Water sports center: the service felt unprofessional. The manager, Simi, was often unfriendly and decided arbitrarily which activities were available, sometimes denying them to us while allowing other guests. • Dining: lunch service was extremely slow (at least one hour after ordering). During a private beach lunch we even saw the chef tasting the sauce with his fingers, licking them, and putting them back into the pot – unacceptable for a luxury resort. • Housekeeping and common areas: there was a noticeable shortage of towels in the room, and in the relaxation area clean towels and bathrobes were often unavailable. • Wi-Fi: the connection almost never worked, which is completely unacceptable for a property of this category. • Night disturbance: one night we were woken up twice by calls from the reception (at midnight and again at 1:30 a.m.), presumably by mistake. This seriously disrupted our rest and should never happen in a luxury resort. The location is undeniably beautiful, but the level of service and attention to guests did not match our expectations nor the price charged.
