“Breakfast was excellent; room was very clean; parking was free. The staff were personable and helpful. The casino and restaurants were a short walk. Will definitely stay there again.”

“The pool was cold and run down and filled with screaming children. There was no towel attendant and the towels were threadbare and itchy and small. Locker room was clean. Stayed in the presidential suite. The furniture was uncomfortable (aside from the bed), the jacuzzi jets didn’t work, nor did the shower head so I had to take a separate shower to wash my hair. Food was mediocre but portions large. Staff were polite but clearly miserable. This hotel used to be so pretty and upscale and now...

“I was disappointed in that I thought breakfast would be included with my booking, but found out upon check in that it was an add-on cost. The breakfast food and coffee options for sale at the coffee bar were somewhat limited. The hotel was clean and other amenities like the gym and pool were nice. ”

“I stayed from Friday to Monday morning and I really enjoyed my stay housekeeping lady was very nice and Quinzel and this other guy that worked this morning not sure his name (4/20 a.m worker) he very nice, I will definitely stay here again probably even make it my stay when I come monthly to MA.
