“we stayed here on new years eve from 31st Dec - 2nd Jan. during our stay there was an issue on the night of 31st Dec whereby the power to the property completely tripped out and would not come back on.we rang the emergency number and the caller advised we should check the fuse box and trip switches, which i did, this would not work. he also advised to turn large electrical items off which i did but again the power would not come back on.The emergency contact was not in a position to come to the...

“E' inziato male....al check in ho chiesto una wake up call per la mattina seguente h 630, loro hanno confermato ma...non mi hanno chiamato, mi sono svegliato alle 8 da solo con conseguenze negative e ritardi sugli appuntamenti di lavoro. Lo ho fatto presente loro hanno detto che non ho risposto (!) alla chiamata.
