The room wasn’t like the picture. First room the sheets wasn’t clean then the deadbolt didn’t unlock. So we had to climb out of windows. They finally moved us to a different room

Convenient location
Front desk clerk was super friendly. Website simply stated non-smoking so I assumed it was a smoke free facility. It was not. Clerk upgraded me to a non-smoking room for $10. Room was nice enough for the amount paid. Fridge and microwave in the room. No ice machine. Seemed to be a lot of foot traffic around the motel parking lot.

Many things within the room didn't work. Minimal bath linens present. Looking for non-smoking room, given smokers room instead.

As much as we would like to accommodate a guest, if you book a specific room, that is the room we would assign for you prior to arrival. This helps us assure that the guest receives the room they reserved. I hope this helps you understand better. Of course, we want to assure that our rooms are better fit for our guests. Once again, we greatly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Had to turn in a complaint on a neighbor. Music so loud it was shaking the walls. Manager handled the situation quickly.

I booked room for 4 nights, I had emergency after 2 nights. I had to leave unexpected when I followed up about refund on 2 nights not used. Was told sorry no refund. Seriously things happen that are out of a person control. With this type of service, I will not be booking my next week long stay here.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience. I would like to add that it is not possible for us to refund the remainder of the nights if you check-out early. If you book a room for 4 nights, this keeps other possible guests from booking that room regardless of how early you check-out. Therefore, it is important that you understand hotel policies for future reservations.

I chose it for its convenience, it worked for that purpose only. Room was hot, smelled horrible, even in a non smoking room. Could hear everything outside of the room. Building do for a remodel. I provided my own towel. Did have a few channels on the tv, good working mini frig and microwave. Overpriced for what’s provided

They only had one towel no soap no cups no towel holders had to ask for a remote for tv and had a bad smell.Only thing was the price that was the lowest but you get what pay for

This hotel was very unsafe! Gang members and others coming through the parking lot! Can’t see your vehicle from rooms in most places. All phones were down in the rooms. Plus when I went to the office no one would come help me.

We will improve our ability to make our guests feel more welcoming and safe. Due to availability, sometimes a room with away access from parking could be an issue. We try our best to insure that parking view availability is optimal.

First of all, I can’t believe this is even an option. It is NOT SAFE to stay here. When the front desk guy makes you sign a paper that says it’s non refundable, make them show you the room first!! The room was scary. It smelled terrible. The deadbolt didn’t work because the door had been kicked in several times! There was no remote for the tv. The place is so dingy and dirty that I didn’t use the toilet. I didn’t even sit on the bed because it didn’t look clean and I wasn’t sure what might be crawling on there. I was there for about 20 minutes before I decided to cut my loses and leave. As I was leaving, 2 guys were circling my car. I don’t drive anything unusual. That was another reason I left. Too many unsavory characters just hanging out in the parking lot. I actually didn’t think my car would have made it through the night untouched. Also, during that short time I probably saw about 7-8 police cars drive by watching the place.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with us. However, please understand that every reservation outside of the 24 hour refund window is nonrefundable. Each guest is required to complete a folio which has incidentals and other guest information. This is normally a standard for most hotels.

There was nothing about the place that I liked. The rooms were terrible, they had 2 police officers there the people running the place couldn't see what was wrong. Needless to say,we stayed at a different hotel

The picture you show is not even close. We had only three lights and they may have been 40 watt. One in the bath, over vanity and one for the main room. The bed lights had no bulbs and they were not even wired.

Sorry but if you reserve a non-refundable reservation then you cannot receive a refund for early check-out. There is an option for a refundable reservation with no extra cost.
