Winter retreat
Went up for the weekend to ski at Attitash- very close to mountain! Great house for a family of 4 and 2 grandparents! Accommodations were perfect and very kid friendly!

Amazing accommodation
We truly enjoyed our stay. It has everything you need or imagine you may need. Great location for Attitash and Wildcat ski and other winter adventures. North Conway and hiking trails around the corner. Will stay again when around for another NH ski vacation.

Summer getaway
Amazing location just north of the hustle and bustle of downtown North Conway. House is nothing fancy, but is in great shape and was perfect for our family’s annual vacation. The firepit in the side yard is perfect to unwind after a day of adventure.

Great winter stay
Audrey's home was a perfect stay for my husband and I to enjoy the winter in the mountains. We enjoyed cross country skiing at Jackson up the road (however Bear notch trails are also practically in the backyard!) and we went across the street for a guided snowmobile tour which was a definitely highlight! The house was extremely clean, warm, and cozy for a winter getaway. We would definitely take our whole family back in the future! Thank you!

Great for Ski Trip
We stayed during a weekend trip to Attitash. The house was a quick drive (3-4 minutes) and well outfitted. We were able to prepare all meals, do laundry and there was plenty of space for a family of 4. Great setup for those with younger kids--kids can get to sleep upstairs and adults can hang out downstairs.

Perfect ski week house!
The house is charming, renovated and clean. It has everything you need to accommodate 3 people comfortably. More than that would be a stretch simply because there is only one bathroom but it is a very comfortable stay.

Week getaway
Love this cozy, cute, clean, and charming house. All the little things you’d want were available in the house and the town was quiet and calm. Loved the local people and the activities to do in the area. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Great location and perfect yard for kids to play in!
We enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed and the location was great! We loved sitting out on the porch and playing in the yard. It was also wonderful to have a washer and dryer for our week long stay!

Cozy and Conveniently Located!
Our family absolutely loved visiting Anderark!! Clean, cozy, conveniently located with tons of warm, historic charm. There was plenty of sleeping space and the house was welcoming for families with toddlers or teens. Audrey was a fantastic hostess. Highly recommend and would visit again!

Great area
Beautiful 20's era house. Nicely updated kitchen. Bathrooms were almost an afterthought back in that era so it's a little cramped compared to modern houses but workable. Loved the porch.

Mother-daughter escapade
We loved this charming HOME. I’m emphasizing home because it is much more than just a house, thanks to the owner’s many personal touches and thoughtfulness. The house was spotless on every level, and it was clear that even the blanket covers were freshly washed. Packets of Lysol wipes were plentiful, the bathroom and kitchen were very clean, as well. Since we had never used vrbo and didn’t know what to expect, we brought our own spices and condiments. But we were happily surprised to find a fully stocked kitchen and any type of utensil we could possibly need. The owner, Audrey, was also very attentive and we felt very taken care of at every turn. I highly recommend this property. It’s a real gem!

Perfect getaway house
This house was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. The front porch was the perfect place to have our morning coffee. We also loved cooking on the griddle. Close to the river and we enjoyed tubing. You will love your stay here!

Great place to stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying at this property. The house was clean, stocked, and very comfortable. My favorite thing to do all vacation was to just chill on the front porch with a nice coffee or drink. The owner Audrey was great to work with and I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had an enjoyable weekend stay at this property. The house had all we needed and we appreciated that there were games and toys for the kids. The upstairs sleeping quarters worked well for us all. 1st annual friends ski weekend
The house was great. It fit 4 couples comfortably and had plenty of space for us to play games and relax downstairs. The kitchen has plenty of appliances and was great to cook our meals in. Our biggest complaint was the shower head! The futons were comfortable as well which can be hard to do. It was easy to find extra blankets and pillows. It was a perfect house for our weekend ski trip.

Place was great! Comfortable, well laid-out and provisioned for 5 guys. Kitchen was well-equipped, even with a little coffee as we forgot to bring some. Great location, quiet neighborhood, just down the street from Attitash. All good.

Very cozy place. Loved the heated beds. 25-30 minutes to Bretton Woods, 15-20 minutes from North Conway center. Nice comfortable beds.

3rd time's a charm
Our 3rd stay at Anderark did not disappoint. We love coming to this cozy, clean home with lots of room for the whole family. Our kids loved playing on the tire swing and in the yard during the snow fall. Highly recommend Audrey's home!

Vintage Charm but also clean!
Definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed.... Which isn’t easy when the house is older. Our two kids really enjoyed this place. It was super convenient for us to not have to worry about bringing a high chair and pack and play. We spent our days at Storyland and Santa’s Village and then came back to the house to cook dinner and unwind.

The location of this house was great for driving to nearby trailheads in White Mountain National Forest. The house was very nice and cozy, much bigger than we needed for our family of three.

Great home in the NH Mountains

Cozy with tons of character!
We have stayed in many properties in the Conway/Bartlett area of NH and this is definitely a favorite. Great location, very homey feeling with lots of personality. Easiest check-in/check out process. Quirky layout as you would expect from a home from this era, but worked perfectly for us. Bedrooms/beds very comfortable with mattress warmers! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We always bring a lot of food and cook on ski weekends and this home’s kitchen made everything so easy. We will definitely stay here again.

Hi John, Thanks for taking the time to send us your review. I appreciate it, honestly. I just want to respond to your feedback below. I can relate to your shower comment, as I'm torn as to whether we should take out the claw foot tub. Most of my family and our guests seem to really enjoy it. That said, I've thought about remodeling the bathroom to only have a shower and move the claw foot tub to the outside shower. It's something I'll take into consideration. Regardless, the shower works fine and has good pressure. It's getting in and out of the tub that some may or may not enjoy. In response to the clutter comment. The pictures we post are an accurate representation of what you are renting (including the bathroom). This is our second home. It's not a business investment where it's stripped down to the bear minimum. I know a lot of my guest find it comfortable, but can respect that not everyone will. Again, thank you for the feedback. Convenient and Comfortable
Our 3 generation family enjoyed the long weekend here as a base for visiting Storyland. The house is conveniently located and provided everything we needed. The children enjoyed the small table and full toy box and games. The adults enjoyed preparing meals in the beautiful fully stocked kitchen. We all enjoyed making s'mores around the campfire as well as the tire swing. Watching the train turn around and walking to the nearby school playground were unexpected surprises.

Enjoyed Storyland and making smores
Great base to visit Storyland. Enjoyed making a fire in the backyard with the kids and having smores. The Conway train turn around spot is within walking distance. The kids enjoyed watching the train turn around.

Wonderful house
The house was sparkling clean, with a nice bathroom and new kitchen. It was perfect for two families with kids. Super close to Storyland and Attitash. We all had a wonderful time!

Great Stay!
We had a great stay at this property last weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and skiing which was our reason for visiting. We hope to rent here again!
