"There's no lift so guest has to bring Luggages up and down the stairs. Rooms' doors have been painted and re-painted many times, bad looking ! Shower plate has many damp spots"

"The whole of the structure is amazing, my room was nice, however I was put at the back of the hotel next to the restaurant and all night there was a buzzing machine sound. Not being a good sleeper at the best of times, it did affect my night’s sleep."
