“Ich hatte insgesamt einen durchwachsenen Aufenthalt.
Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Allerdings gab es im Zimmer einige Mängel: Teilweise waren Lampen defekt oder es fehlten Glühbirnen. Die Rezeption hat sich am nächsten Tag darum gekümmert, sodass der Zustand zumindest teilweise verbessert wurde.
Die Nutzung des Schwimmbads ist von 7:00 bis 11:00 Uhr sowie von 14:00 bis 20:00 Uhr möglich, die Sauna jedoch nur von 14:00 bis 20:00 Uhr. Längere Öffnungszeiten – idealerweise bis 22:00...

“The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere. The Wellness centre is excellent for a swim and sauna. The apartment was spacious and it has the most comfortable bed. We loved our stay and will most certainly be back”

“+ Schönes Hotel in der Lüneburger Heide +
Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes und aufmerksames Personal. Das Zimmer war gut und die Nacht sehr erholsam, da es sehr ruhig war. Essen war sehr lecker, auch das Brunchen am Tag danach war hervorragend. Den Wellnessbereich habe ich leider nicht probiert. War mit einer Hochzeitsgesellschaft hier”
