Hotel silenzioso e vicino al centro

La camera era molto pulita, ampia e ben dotata di confort ( jollitore con caffè e the, asse da stiro), ben arredata con una confortevole poltrona relax per lettura. Il personale tutto molto cortese e affabile. Nel bagno c'è anche il bidet (Un lusso per i francesi)!!! Tornerò a Tolosa esclusivamente soggiornando in questo hotel.

The hotel has a Great position in Toulouse, quite central and nice. The employees are so kind and ready tò help when required. Personallly i expected more from such hotel, It needs more maintenance. Even if the room was nice, some things should be fixed. I had some problems never solved with the A/C system, actually the room was very cold and no chance to control the temperature. I had some problems with the towel rails in the bathroom which were not attached probably and kept in falling down on the floor. Some more cleaning and something more than a bottle of water was nice tò have for free considering the price paid. I 'm not sure i Will choose this hotel anymore. I was quite disappointed to dont find and hotel in line with BW standards.
