“Pictures on the internet made it appear to be an Inn. It was actually a motel just above route 7. Tricky taking a left onto a 4 lane highway to get to Lenox but doable. Room was clean, air conditioned, comfortable and great staff. Few minor issues: 1. Bathroom fan didn't work and one of the charge ports on the shared bedside table was dead. I would recommend if all the cute Inns in Lenox are full.”

“The stay was wonderful! Great staff! We were heading to Tanglewood and they provided directions that were excellent. The room was beautiful, clean, and quiet.”

“No hot water in the shower. Elevators (all of them) not working. Had to walk up 11 flights to get to my room. Bathroom really weird shape. Lighting in my suite (yes, a suite), very poor. Building exterior is a mess.”

“Be careful - this property charges your credit card for the stay when you check in online, after you’ve already paid Expedia. It is very difficult to reach a responsible individual/manager to resolve the billing dispute, and they haven’t been responsive to Expedia either.”
