“スタッフの皆さんの笑顔がとても素敵で、上品な接客が印象的でした。ホテル全体のデザインやインテリアはシンプルでセンスがよく、落ち着いて過ごすことができました。洗面スペースが2か所に分かれており、衛生的で使い勝手が良かった点も魅力です。 また、1階にある「まんが図書館」は、好きな方にとっては時間を忘れて楽しめる素敵な空間だと思います。”

“A wonderful ryokan with a lovely staff, who also speak good English. We were courteously picked up from Yaizu station and then dropped off when we checked out as well. The room is very large, bed comfortable, and filled with modern amenities. Even the temperature of our private onsen can be adjusted down to 39C (which I preferred). The meals were elaborate and delicious, served in a very tranquil and comfortable setting. I would definitely return in the future. I especially recommend this hotel...
